great opportunity to be skilled with last products on our portfolio
Recommendations to others considering the product:
this is a great tool for professional career and personal as well. I've used many other tools in the past but no one like this. MindTickle offers many helpful features, including assessments, certifications, coaching, missions, tags, and analytics. However, the best offering is the service! We have monthly check-ins with our customer success manager to discuss new product features, new use cases, and helpful tips. They also host monthly webinars around product features and industry best practices. Lastly, the support team is quick to respond and is always so helpful and professional. Love the MindTickle team!.

Using Mindtickle to train staff at large scale

What do you like best about the product?
Mind Tickle makes learning easy. I like how it is divided into different sections and not hours of long videos. Speedlearning is the new learning.We normally get our content which is important for us to concentrate on through the platform. It helps you get date and keep content organized correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add here at the moment. I haven't come across a situation where I have not had a good experience. I have only less than 1 year experience with the platform, but I am sure that the more use we give to it, the easier it will be to point out what features we would like to be present or how to make it a better experience for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle helps me learn quickly about different topics, we get new areas of knowledge every once in a while and it is very comfortable to use. Staff can focus on specific content which can be presented in different formats. This way, you can innovate on the way of giving courses and not make it your typical learning platform where you just click next.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Super easy to use platform and very practical, good for training at large scale. If you need employees to be aware of a certain topic, or up to date on a certain area it is a very useful platform, as you can divide into different sections and not make it a boring presentation.

A more intuitive, flexible and simple learning management platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to download content to digest when travelling is fantastic. Rather than lost time travelling, can be productive on required and additional learning and enablement!
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a Mac and have found that it is easier to download content for later review using Chrome rather than Safari (which is my normal browser). This is a Mac issue rather than that of MindTickle, but is something I can happily work around anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarterly Enablement training and learning. New Hire Onboarding and enablement.
General/wider learning and growth platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a field-based, often incredibly busy Sales Rep - travel time is inevitable. Being able to use this time for learning is huge!

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is very easy to use because it's very intuitive. The menu's and general navigation are very easy to learn. I also like that you can track your progress and leave and come back to a module if you cannot finish it within one session.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike with MindTickle. When I first logged in I spent some time exploring the tool and setting up my user profile so that I could access the training the was assigned to myself. After spending some time exploring the system, I found that it wasn't hard to use at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using MindTickle for training of our global inside sales teams. MindTickle allows us to upload multiple training modules that we can assign to our global inside sales team and track their progress on their learning. It's also helpful that their direct manager can see their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of loading course content, accessing user reports, knowledge checks and just how easy it is to deploy courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about the platform. I think it's an amazing tool for educating our partners and internal employee community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share content with our Partner community as part of our enablement strategy

What do you like best about the product?
I can start, stop and continue any course for any device - from my laptop to phone, over to my tablet, mindtickle makes it very easy to stay on top of my learning curriculum.
What do you dislike about the product?
I should be able to download all content delivered - if it's a powerpoint, give me access as these have some of the best content for us to leverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
staying current on our platform and different solutions offered

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use and thier is tons of support available

I have not encountered any issues so far.

We have streamlined our new hire on-boarding and have been able to create a platform that reinforces learning while holding learners accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and can be accessed on phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The red button on my phone showing all of the modules that I need to complete but I am working through that.
