Using Mindtickle for Work Learning Sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the learnings can be assigned to ICs by our enablement team. Having assignened learnings makes it easier to ICs to hop in and complete the required tasks without spending valuable time looking for the content. We have monthly learnings and it was a smooth transition to using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your enablement team does not do the ground work of assigning ICs the learning sessions they need to complete then it can be challenging to find the learning sessions. Sometime the video player can be weird about not giving you credit for watching the video even when you have watched the video already

Mindtickle is giving me a centralized place to keep track of my required trainings

the organization, types of training available, as well as the user interface

occasioanlly your training progress on a module will not save, causes user to repeat training they have already completed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use mindtickle for role related trainings and company required trainings, it solves for any product training that otherwise I would not have access too and has greatly helped me in my role

Straight-forward and easy-to-use. Seamless experience with viewing videos and adjusting speeds.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is an easy tool to use and really helps with training. Whether its continues or new training Mindtickle has been an amazing tool for use in developing and continue education for our reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Easy to use and easy to implement trainings and education.

Sales Training and Enablement is the biggest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Mindtickle is its intuitive administrative interface, which makes it incredibly easy to navigate and locate all necessary tools and features. The software's interface aligns seamlessly with the typical workflow of a content creator during training creation, streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency. Personally, I appreciate the attention to aesthetics, as both the learning site and the admin site boast visually appealing designs. One of the standout features of Mindtickle is its capability to support the creation of engaging, interactive, and visually stunning content without the need for additional software. This convenience not only saves time but also ensures that users can design exceptional training materials exclusively using Mindtickle's comprehensive suite of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find tricky about Mindtickle is updating content. We often need to change our training materials soon after publishing them to keep them fresh. But the software doesn't make it easy to update content without affecting how future viewers will see it or messing up the reports in the background.
Another small issue I've noticed is with naming content in certain parts of the system. You can't use the same title for different pieces of content in places like thumbnails and module types. This can be confusing and makes it harder to keep things organized. I hope they'll make this easier in future updates.

Before using Mindtickle, we had trouble figuring out how skilled our sales team was and how they were getting better. We also struggled to match their skill development with the right training.
Now, with Mindtickle, we can easily measure how good our salespeople are at their jobs and see how they're improving over time. It also helps us recommend the best training for each person based on their needs.
In short, Mindtickle has made it much easier for us to track our team's progress and give them the training they need to succeed.

MindTickle offers amazing value
What do you like best about the product?
They have amazing customer support that is quick, kind and very thorough. They truly know how to take care of their partners and listen to what we ask for the future and then deliver. I appreciate that.

Sometime tech and integration work can be a bit cumbersome or take extra time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to level up our diagnosing and therefore coaching from the data and insights that our MindTickle products give. It has also increased our productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. This has resulted in increasing volume and speed of our sales force and improved our sales conversion.
Easy to use and the reports it generates are very useful
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading study materials and knowledge tests is quite quick and easy. The tools offered to complement the onboarding stage of new employees are very practical, such as the recording of fictitious cases. Customer support is always clear and on time as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more varied templates to create my own SCORM content. Additionally, some of the reports in .csv format can be a bit challenging to tabulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track the onboarding of new employees, and this also includes knowledge tests prior to their certification.
MindTickle is easy to work with and quite responsive
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is a pleasure to work with and their Support team is very responsive and typically resoloves issues or answers questions in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times enhancements and new features aren't always aligned to what the customer feels is most important or necessary at a given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It certainly allows us to see how our training is/is not effective, particularly as we analyse pre/post training data. The variety of content that can be loaded to the platform is also quite beneficial.
We love Mindtickle.

We wish the analytics were more advanced.
