What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of finding material based on a multitude of topics making it easy to find documents applicable to my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have for the product is the name.

Mindtickle is solving the problems of quickly providing my customer accurate and thorough information around a wealth of products that our company offers.

Its seamless mobile and desktop APP makes it very easy to utilize my free time and its getting converted to productive one. The APP interface is so userfriendly and it doesnt waste time to find out what you wanted to learn.

Its ability to make the process hassel free is a big takeaway. everything is clear and the layout is clearly desinged with the user first.

the brand name can be a little confusing for new users.

ease of providing feedback. benefits us because of how quick and easy it is to complete and a stress free process.

I like how concise that it is. I can easily toggle from completed to assigned.

Information that I do not need or trainings that are not needed should be clearly outlined

How to prioritize and how to tackle large deals.
Great tool for improving internal process and product knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a great tool that ensures I am up to date on the most current processes and product updates. It makes it easy to have courses assigned to me as well as explore other courses available for on-demand training. Having it live within salesforce helps because it meets me where I'm already working. This is a tool I use at least once per week, the scoring and gamification of the system helps as well.

There is nothing I dislike at the moment.

Making sure I can keep track of all updates we put out as well as refresh on any past topic as needed on demand.
Easy to use and and an informative and interactive way to learn.

Sometimes I think they are too long, could be more direct and faster.
