Excellent learning platform
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to navigate. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes but often just restarting the session will fix it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I t is easy to navigate the courses and helping to shorten the onboarding time for a new employee.

The modules are easy to follow, it saves the progress. The site is clear, it is expremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
none. Everything was good, if I had to improve something it would be the looks on the site but it is not too relevant.

It is a great tool to learn.

Love the way the learning paths are laid out. Loving all the resources and appreciate the point system as well. It's a great place to be engaged while learning.

Sometimes the content could be a bit better.

Mindtickle presnts sometimes dificult and complex material in a funa nd informative way.

Some of the presentation materials can be repetitive

Mintickle is allowing me to get the training I need at my own pace and schedule. I am thankful for the flexibility of use.

Provided great training for various topics that help prepare me for a new position.

More interactive content. It helps keep my mind engaged

It is helping me understand various topics by breaking them down into servicable chunks
Easy to use and keeps things organized
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate this platform, it makes it easy to do trainings and assessments. Also the call ai feature is awesome, how it records the calls automatically and transcribes them. Makes it easy to use and stay organized!

sometimes the transcription of the recorded calls is not 100% accurate but its not too bad

solving the issue of having to record calls manually through zoom, so much easier with call ai

The courses are segmented in a manner that makes it easy to binge learn on a subject.

I don't like the course completion tracking. It would be helpful to also see an estimated time to complete course.

missing knowledge, it benefits me because it expands or clears cloudy information reseived by others

it is user freindly in such a way that anyone can easily understand. easy customer support experience and ease of implementation. i freqyuently use this application and there are lot of features that ease my work to do and to integrate with the final result.

sometime lags while using the application may be because of cookies.

it helps me to complete the task on my day to day basis. almost 80% of the work i do with the help of the mindtickle.
Learning for Success
What do you like best about the product?
I love the small modules that makes digesting the information so quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could get more transcripts of PDFs with key points. Not all modules have them.
