Flexible new way for employees to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibilty on paths for employees to interact, easy to create training paths and include video
What do you dislike about the product?
Took some time to get used to developing interface, but worked well afterwards

User-friendly and Customizable Application for Educational Purposes
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the software is to use and launch. I also love how customizable you can make it when designing the courses on whatever you'd like. It allows our entire team to work through standardized courses every month on everything we need to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't dislike anything about MindTickle. Perhaps it could be beneficial to allow certain elements of a course to be skippable or optional for individual users but I love it overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to learn a lot of information in a wide range of pertinent subjects all in one place, as opposed to previously having to jump around between documents and siloed sources. It's very easy to use, and saves me a LOT of time to understand the topics covered.
Great training tool with a few caveats
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is an easy way to get training and complete training requirements. The ability to go through training sets and achieve goals is helpful and makes seeing progress easy as well as picking up where you left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is challenging to find which training is required, as defined by corporate policy, vs what is optional. Many times I need to focus on what is deemed required and it's not always obvious if there is a number of trainings available. It would be useful to assign priority of have required training that is not yet completed always presented first to ensure training obligations are met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle makes it easier to understand what training it being sent out by our sales leaders to understand new goals, messaging and technologies. It also helps prioritize trainings and complete trainings when I have to drop off and return at a later date to complete training.

Handy & Lightweight Knowledge Tool
What do you like best about the product?
When receiving the invite for conducting a session you won't feel there is lot of time and efforts needed so it is tempting to participate quickly and sees it handy tool to emphasize on certain set or summary info

Nothing in top of my mind, yet there had to be something :)

Mindtickle is extremely helpful because it compartmentalizes each module and also allows for progression.

I like that it makes it easy to know what is assigned, when it is due, and how much progress you have made.

Sometimes the interface can seem a bit cluttered with all the different options for courses.
