AI Brand Presence Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the AI brand presence tool. I’ve learned a lot about my brand mentions from this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I feel like I get use out of the tool because our customer success manager is good at answering questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me see if our brand is AI optimized.

What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge allows us to quickly spot issues, see any gaps, and now configure a plan for AI as it is moving so quickly. It has helped us grow as a company and has been very insightful for our plan for the future.

No complaints from me - this is a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how quickly I can spot issues and the email that overviews any drops or no indexed pages so I can swiftly fix issues.
Takes the guesswork out of SEO
What do you like best about the product?
BrightEdge has some really helpful tools to guide you step by step into improving your website and addressing SEO concerns. In a quickly evolving landscape, they do a great job of creating new tools to help and offering education opportunities for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I simply need to make it part of my process and remember to use it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bright edge is really helping us track details on our SEO progress, especially relating to our contact cluster focus and groups of related keywords.
Excellent SEO and GEO tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all of BrightEdge training and webinars not just in SEO but also in GEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not super easy to use. I wish there were 1 page instructions sheets on how to achieve different goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing more support as my new account manager is much more helpful and responsive.
They seem like they are on top of ai and how the world of search is changing.

Data they are able to provide plus actionable insights. I like how they give examples and use cases.

They seem like they are not the leaders in the SEO space and makes you wonder if other companies are offering more.

Understanding the market. Getting data on generative search results.
BrightEdge is very helpful for keyword optimization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrightEdge is its Data Cube X feature. It provides so much keyword data that helps to make decisions on what pages to optimize and what keywords to optimize for that page. You can also do a competitive analysis to see where competitors are ranking better than you to help come up with new content ideas or to update existing pages to optimize desired keywords. The reporting is also very helpful to see what work we are doing is helping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t identify a downside that other platforms offer that BrightEdge doesn’t.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying pages that are in striking distance of getting on page one of the SERP. Then using the information to optimize keywords.
Consistently releasing NEW relevant tools

The constant evolution of the tool. Each year there is a new tool that helps with SEO research and work.

The navigation at times can be confusing.
