What do you like best about the product?
They are always evolving in response to how the search market is changing.

Sometimes, the number of features and options can feel a little overwhelming. However, that is a really good problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us abreast of how search metrics are changing. This allows us to edit our content to ensure it is performing well.

I like that virtually, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes some features appear to be hidden and the BrightEdge volume might be confusing, I prefer the SERP volume when it comes to keywords.

In this case, we’re creating content, so content advisor is really helpful and it works great, sometimes we have to edit and audit the content, but it’s very good. It gets the keywords that are related to a topic so that saves time.

Working with our advisor to optimize SEO for our blogs. I also enjoy running blogs through content advisor to make sure I’m hitting the mark.

I’m still new so there is a lot to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Brightedge has been incredibly valuable in providing our marketing team with insight into which keywords are bringing traffic to each page. One aspect I particularly appreciate about Brightedge is its ability to reveal which AI search engine prompts are generating mentions and citations of our brand and content. This information is shaping both our content and keyword strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Brightedge is a large platform, and at times it can be confusing to figure out where to find certain features or how to take specific actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping us not be totally in the dark about what to write content on and if our pages are performing well or if they need optimizations.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate BrightEdge's ability to optimize content effectively. It helps structure articles, recommends topics to cover, and provides keywords to add to the copy, which enhances the overall quality and relevance of the content. The on-page recommendations and site assessments are extremely valuable, as they provide us with crucial metrics necessary for reporting to leadership and outline actionable next steps for improvement. I find the initial setup process very easy, making it accessible and time-efficient right from the start. My high likelihood of recommending BrightEdge, scoring it a 10 out of 10, reflects my overall satisfaction with the product.

Our search results, web optimization, and website audit. We are migrating to a new website and it is assisting with the process.
Powerful Platform with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I use the “conversational keywords” search the most! Additionally, I love our customer success manager. We meet with her bi-weekly and she helps us solve any issues as well as keeping us updated with all the new BrightEdge updates. Plus I just like her personally. She’s a great asset to BrightEdge and represents our connection to BrightEdge in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very robust platform that has a pretty significant learning curve to get the most out of. I feel like there’s not enough time in the day to get the most out of the tool! But that’s a personal problem - not a flaw of bright edge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We continue to launch new & sunset old websites. so our main challenge has been canabalizing these legacy sites. Bright edge helps us optimize these new pages and guide us in creating new pages for our best chance at minimizing any drop in performance as these websites transition / are recrawled.etc.
