What do you like best about the product?
The roadmap of getting into AI side of things and leverage these tool to automate manual workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Include other product like CAR,SCM ,BW,EWM etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate helping us by leveaging their tool to automate SAP workloads. They are also helping in some self-heal areas.

The team is always willing to go the extra mile to try and make things work

It feels like everything has to be a customization, fairly simple event management and observability tasks seem to take weeks of development work.

Current monitoring tools do no have automation capabilities - Digitate has been able to automate simple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Replaced an outdated monitoring solution with ignio that allows us to expand on our capabilities
2. Implemented AIOps automation tools to triage CPU/Memory/File System incidents to reduce manual efforts and improve MTTR
3. Implemented AIOps automation tools with ServiceNOW integration to send reminder notifications for change implementation and problem ticket owners
4. Ongoing engagement from the team and continuous identification of improvement opportunities

What do you dislike about the product?
Early on we had delays on wintel server deployments (specific to a group of our servers that have high logging events) due to product issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved MTTR to reduce business impact, automation of specific use cases reduces the need for resources to manually perform initial tasks
My experience with ignio aiops
What do you like best about the product?
Digitate Professional Services performed an in depth analysis to determine where our greatest needs were for automation and worked to onboard those use cases in the initial onboarding of ignio. This provided value quickly while they also trained our personell to use the product.
ignio is highly custonizable. We have had several use cases that were unique to our environment and Digitate worked with us to provide a custom solution

What do you dislike about the product?
Support hours were not ideal for Western Hemisphere clients. Digitate has addressed that issue and there is more support available than previously.
I would also like more complete documentation for the product especially a more comprehensive development guide for studio.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use of ignio is to use automation to eliminate human intervention in operations. We have automations for Linux, Windows several types of databases and various middleware products. These automations have saved hundreds of hours a week of human intervention

What do you like best about the product?
Digitate employees are helpful. The Ignio product has a lot of features and we use it globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the components use more resources than expected we had to disable them in a couple of environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly used for monitoring and it has a dashboard feature. It integrates into our service management.

What do you like best about the product?
Timely response and quick turnaround in resolving reported issues. Digitate tracked every isue that was reported and resolved them quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Nothing that I can think of.

Manual monitoring of nightly jobs.
Onboarding the job monitoring to Ignio reduced the manaul monitoring and autoamted alerts to detect long running jobs is a big win.

What do you like best about the product?
Ignio is wonderful tool for managing alerts , incident management and and notifications. It is helping us in proactively managing critical alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digitate has several features it is sometimes overwhelming. But it is not something i dislike, probably need more time with them to evaluate and explore them.

What do you like best about the product?
IGNIO automation helps detect slow running and failed jobs immediately and be able to resolve the issues in a timely manner to reduce or eliminate business impact in THD without any hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reasons could be different and confidential, however, THD Delivery Management team experienced communication issues with Digitate Client Services team that resulted in delays in key deliverables. It was improved later by adding a key POC to represent Client Services team.

Not able to realize the potential Digitate has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing automated user terminations and this will help us in fixing one of the audit findings and critical to our organization.
