ignio for proactive operations
What do you like best about the product?
their vision and the ability to understand the current AIOps and Agentic AI needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not downside of working with Digitate, the product ignio has a lot of potential and we are just getting started,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate is helping us to mine the application and CUJ behaviour which is useful to look at few things proactively.
Usage for Ignio was very helpful to our site.

What do you like best about the product?
Digitate team has been very supportive and experienced. We have been using ignio for automations for the past couple of years and event management since last year, both modules work well and we really appreciate the knowledge and speed the team has provided from development to deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Digitate to improve ignio for ordinary users who don't have lot of development experience. This means less training, more user friendly UI incorporating more drag-and-drop, etc. to encourage more use cases.

With ignio, our IT team has shifted from firefighting mode to focusing on strategic initiatives. Routine issues like server restarts, performance dips, and failed jobs are now auto-detected and resolved within minutes—saving us countless hours each week and drastically improving uptime.

Digitate, through its ignio™ platform, is solving some of the most critical challenges in IT operations — including incident resolution delays, manual operational tasks, and lack of visibility across complex enterprise environments. It uses AI and machine learning to enable proactive issue detection, root cause analysis, and autonomous remediation.
