Business Dashboard Monitoring of SAP systems

What do you like best about the product?
One-click dashboards, which is very easy to use and check for more details if required. Prompt email alert system which helps us in checking the status of that particular problem and then take necessary action. This product is very compatible with SAP RISE as I did not see any issues with the alert monitoring from Ignio during SAP RISE migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation through the historical records of each alert sent from Ignio is difficult for me when I need the information to compare between two different timestamps/occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BHM Dashboard which was deployed is very helpful for us to monitoring all the SAP systems at one place, instead of having to login to each system. The alert mechanism from the same helps us to take proactive action and ensure that the business processes are not affected.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me an in depth look at the health of my applications. The team was helpful and patient with the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. The product is working as expected.

I had to manually monitor the health of my systems. This tool automated everything to review in a dashboard. It simplified my process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing and current implmentation is good so far.

1. Autonomous IT Operations
• Ignio uses AI/ML to automatically detect, diagnose, and resolve incidents—reducing manual intervention and errors.
2. Reduced Downtime and MTTR
• Faster root cause analysis and automated remediation lead to significantly reduced outages and downtime.
3. Proactive Issue Prevention

• IT teams can focus on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive tasks, thanks to automation.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an AI enabled tool that helps in digital monitoring of various applications, also it is possible to integrate it with service now and analyze the incident trends and failure points.We have not implemented the service now integration yet , but , it is in pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
its possible some of the monitoring of your applications is already available locally in the application and redundant at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application message monitoring and in some cases workflow management upon failures.

What do you like best about the product?
ignio AIOPS has helped us to reduce effort for our operations team and improved MTTR. With its advanced algorithms, it reduces alert noise, translates validated alerts to incidents and resolves incidents without any manual intervention. Maintains log of each action for audit purposes. Efficient tool for both Infrastructure and Application Landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there’s nothing significant to dislike. Digitate has consistently met expectations, and any minor challenges we’ve faced were quickly addressed through their responsive support and continuous platform improvements.
Recent Version Flamingo has introduced lot of analytical capabilities which were lacking earlier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate is helping us tackle the complexity and volume of IT operations by automating routine tasks, proactively resolving incidents, and reducing manual interventions.

The AI Ops on how you can discover aggregation and correlation, and as it evolves towards modern operational methods, it transforms what SRE and Ops have done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have constructive feedback. Would like the platform to have flexible UI for various personas; while what it has perfectly suits many use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
ignio AIOPS from digitate has helped us to significantly reduce noise and focus on real incidents. We have integrated ignio with 8 different monitoring tools and ignio brings all alerts to single pane and filters noise to identify actionable alerts thereby reducing effort and saving valuable time. Ability to act with out of the box actions helps to deploy quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
its latest Saas offering has overcome the challenges which were faced earlier for upgrading the product.

Reducing event noise from different sources & helping focus on actionable alarm.
