Leveraging Ignio to promote automation within IT Operations
What do you like best about the product?
We have primarily deployed ERP Ops use cases t0 Production which has allowed us to improve the monitoring of our extensive SAP environment. We are working with a good team of Digitate consultants to expand our use of the Ignio platform across IT Operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in the process of expanding the number of Ignio use cases in production. Depending on the use case being implemented, some can take longer than expected to deploy depending on the amount of customization required within the Ignio platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing ERP-Ops use cases focused on Security & Compliance, Basis Administration, and Master Data Management within our SAP environment. Implementing multiple AI-Ops use cases related to improving and automating our capabilities in System Monitoring, Event Management, System Maintenance, and Automated Testing. Providing automated testing and self-healing capabilities across the IT Landscape

What do you like best about the product?
We are mostly using AIOPS which helps significantly to improve the SLA and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislike at this moment.

The solutions that comes built in and the interface that helps in understanding the issue and solution used

Something that cannot be said now as we are progressing

Time of associates repeatedly resolving known problems in infrastructure and ignio helps with a prediction that states when the error can arise

What do you like best about the product?
Orchestration capabilities built in with ignio
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. Not applicable at this moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation on repetative actions and therby reducing the manual efforts and cost involved on that
Ignio adoption for automation of quality checks/assurance
What do you like best about the product?
Ignio delivered customized automation for standard operating procedures with the best time to market. The product offers flexibility and operational ease with multiple technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Applicable from technology point of view but support operation can be sped up. Some time there is delay in ticket/query resolution with internal support team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redundant activities during quality checks resulting in efforts duplication. Ignio helped automate the procedure which brought shift left from L1 to L0. This gives an opportunity to teams to invest energy into the problem management area.
Insightful batch analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Batch Analyser assists when delivering new batch jobs into complex suites. The ability to forecast is essential to integrate batch seamlessly to ensure SLA's are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
Predefined reports would be a great addition, showing the user which jobs are of concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding high volume batch jobs into complex suites to ensure SLA's are not breached - and where necessary, tune batch as required.
The application has been very useful in automating routine tasks

Ability to automate manual tasks to reduce workload

Complexity of setup is tedious for some tasks

We have saved a few hundred hours of manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Proactive and risk management approach. Upgrade companies' IT operations process and technology lifespan, which is most important in the modern era. It converts threats into opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the prebuilt knowledge portal and automated approach are very impressive, and there is nothing to dislike about the product. Hope to see further modifications.

It assures identifying the risks and understands the company's IT cycle. The company became digitally proactive and changes efficiently. It improves customer experience and provides value for money.
Ignio-automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
it is very good tool for DBA's to automate few daily activities and it will close automatically the incidents after resolve the issue
What do you dislike about the product?
need more improvements on the tool to utilixe for all technologies.

it is really helped from DBA side to automate the daily monitoring activiites.
