What do you like best about the product?
Ignio is helping us in reducing manual eyes on glass monitoring into business and application processes and increase alerting to avoid potential high severity incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digitate can have a steep learning curve and requires significant initial setup and integration effort.

Its effectiveness depends heavily on data quality and proper configuration, which can limit value early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate solves problems like IT outages, slow incident resolution, and manual operations by using AI-driven automation, which benefits users through increased system uptime, faster resolutions, and lower operational costs.

What do you like best about the product?
From my perspective, Digitate and its flagship product, ignio, stand out for their innovative approach to IT operations. The integration of AI and machine learning enables predictive insights and proactive issue resolution, significantly enhancing system reliability. Users appreciate the robust automation and self-healing capabilities, which reduce manual intervention and downtime. The intuitive interface and scalability make it suitable for complex IT environments. While the initial setup can be complex, the benefits of improved efficiency and responsive customer support make ignio a valuable asset for modern enterprises looking to optimize their IT operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Digitate's ignio has some areas for improvement. The initial setup can be complex and time-consuming, and the documentation could be clearer. The upgrade process between versions can be cumbersome, and the user interface might benefit from being more intuitive. Additionally, the system's resource demands can be high, posing challenges for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems related to manual intervention, system downtime, and inefficient resource management by leveraging AI and machine learning for automation and predictive insights. This benefits users by enhancing system reliability, reducing operational costs, and improving overall efficiency

Strong Performance and Partnership from Digitate

What do you like best about the product?
The ecosystem approach stands out. It allows us to consolidate multiple tools into a single platform and apply AIOps across the IT stack. Ignio builds a self-updating cognitive map of our environment, which helps reduce alert noise, triage faster, and automatically resolve incidents before they impact users. The SaaS model ensures high availability, seamless upgrades, and quick scalability. Built-in dashboards and mobile alerts provide strong visibility and enable fast, informed action.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the experience has been strong across the board. If anything, there is room to simplify onboarding and help new users unlock value even faster. Continued improvements to documentation and the user interface would build on an already solid foundation. The Digitate team has been outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and a true partner throughout our journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digitate is helping us tackle several critical gaps. First, it gives us the cost transparency and control needed to drive FinOps at scale, which Azure-native tools alone do not provide. Second, Observe delivers full-stack observability that helps us correlate events across infrastructure, applications, and services in one place. Third, its patching capabilities are more automated and policy-driven than what we could achieve with native tooling. Together, these features help us reduce waste, improve uptime, and move faster with confidence. Based on the strong results so far, we plan to expand to other modules in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The people assigned to our project are attentive to what is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to solve the problems and the tool is not very intuitive, they don't have support in Spanish and they are very reserved with the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-management of tickets but it is very complicated to parameterize, there is no support in Spanish and very little documentation at the time of project delivery.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Ignio as one of our Automation/ monitoring tools , it performs really well in monitoring environment and flagging any identified anomalies , We have also carried a few automations which has helped to reduce the effort hours and are planning for few more in future
What do you dislike about the product?
We need More direct involvement , but for now its very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations friendly , Good monitoing coverage , reletaively stable environment

What do you like best about the product?
Feature that comes with event management tool. ignio AIOPS has helped us to reduce effort for our operations team and improved MTTR. All the feedback is taken into account by digiate team to meet customer requirement. Yuvaraj is the best resource to work from Digitate team. He is always ready to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not easy to use like other event management tool that's in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are yet to explore more features of AIOpS and as of now we use selfhealing that which is simple and thats works as per the expectation.
