Great customer service, super responsive and adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way the product is built! 100% user friendly, you're autonomous to create your data sources and to connect them to the desired tool.
Also, I faced a few problems and constantly had a response from he customer service within the next 24h. The product was adapted to our needs when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing! It's still missing some features but the team is highly available and open to new developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled a lot to query some data from a third-party tool and get data integrity. With dataddo, we could get this data in 3 clicks and connect it easily to Power BI.

A solid Data Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dataddo is an on-demand platform. It helps them stand out from their competitors. By that I mean they are quite flexible in adding 'connectors' - i.e. adding IG stories if needed. I found this to be quite helpful. It's also quite easy to connect cloud based applications to your data destination with only a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself is great. From my use of it so far I can't find anything I don't like. A colleague mentioned that support were a little slow to reply when writing to them.... but personally, I haven't experienced any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it super easy to manage my data. It's all centralised from any and every source of data I have and the tool maps it over where I need it. It's really adding data agility to our business
Simplicity in data management
What do you like best about the product?
The power of this platform to connect cloud based application to data destination in just few clicks. Also, they are very flexible in adding connectors based on request of the clients. In providing requested connectors, they do not work on roadmap-base like their competitors but rather on demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything, it is a useful tool so I can't find anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically centralization of data management from all kind of data source we have and map it over to the destination we desire. It creates data management agility in an organization.
Exactly what we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a tool which multiple departments can use no matter their expertise when it comes to data science. We might need a dedicated data scientist later on but we neede something which could help us quickly get data from one place to another. Dataddo was exactly what we needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps there could be an option between 10 and 25 flows but even if we buy the bigger bundle it was still so much cheaper than alternatives. In the end it came in handy because our marketing dept. decided to try out new platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, our marketing dept. uses it the most but recently the sales dept. also started to use the tool on weekly basis for easy dashboards.

nothing, even sign up didnt require adding a CC right away, can see they were confident with their product

Haven’t had any issues with dataddo, everything works the way it should

Haven’t noticed any issues, if there was anything, it was resolved quickly after contacting the solutions team

Perhaps their UI is what made me happiest - everything is very clear and does not have tons of useless confusing functions.

So far, I have not had any problems with Dataddo.

We tested Dataddo as a possible replacement for their well-known competitor and quickly realised they were our preference. It's great that the platform continues to improve, but the incredible, above-and-beyond customer service is genuinely impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no real downside, but make sure their pricing model works for how you intend to use the service.

We mainly use Dataddo for their data connectors, which they do very well. They're incredibly open to suggestions about their products and how we use them; we see regular iteration and amends to make our lives simpler and the product increasingly slick.

Create dashboards from our CRM and Financial tool
What do you like best about the product?
We need to share a dashboard within our organization in regards to our CRM and Financial tool. We tried a few tools and decided to go with Datatddo. Their support and the out of the box concept of their connectors were the reasons why we chose them.

Nothing to be mentioned :-) i was Very pleased with everything
