Data extraction to our warehouse
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to extract data from Instagram to our warehouse, it was just few steps to connect it
What do you dislike about the product?
I had problem with some attributes, but I solved it.

The whole process to connect the connector to warehouse is really simple

Blending sources for FB
What do you like best about the product?
It was really simple to connect to the app and blended more sources together
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t know about the process of blending (inner, left and right join)

Support from Dataddo guys

Dataddo has really nice documentation, simple and readable.

I don't know yet, because I don't have enouhg experiences.

For me was the most important to extract the data, it was easy.

It was so easy to get our data into our dashboard - we needed a quick solution to share our performance's across the company and Dataddo has been the best we found so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to mention - Even when we had issues, their support team has been very helpful and reactive

Sends data directly to GDS and being able to share it across our organisation.

It’s really easy to work with Dataddo, but when I had any problem, support from the Dataddo guys was very professional and pleasant.

I really liked the whole app experience, there's literally nothing that comes to my mind

I needed the data from one connector and they delivered it. The delivery was on point and I got exactly what I needed

What do you like best about the product?
One platform for all our integrations from so many different saas services

It took us a while to set up all of our sources because we had so many. But now we don’t have to do anything.

I like that there’s just one place where all of our integrations happen
Connects to Exact Online
What do you like best about the product?
We got data from our crm into exact to see which customers had a history of paying late. This made it easier for our team to follow up with these problematic customers and prioritize those follow ups
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation wasn’t fully updated for exact online but the support team helped us very quickly and we haven’t had any issues with our connections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We couldn’t find any other tool that connects with Exact Online
Just what we need
What do you like best about the product?
Their pricing plan is super easy to understand and they have a tier that was exactly what we needed. We didn’t want to pay 100s of dollars and only use a few sources. So now we only pay for 5 pipelines and it’s very affordable

I spent some time on the platform before I could figure out how to make it work but once I figured it out, it was very straightforward

We just need a couple of integrations to google data studio but didn’t have a very large budget

The customer service is amazing,they have an excelent technical support.
