Dataddo is a great tool for both our clients and us
What do you like best about the product?
Having the possibility to manage our clients' data from just one account is extremely helpful. As a result, fast and easy data integration saved us so much time since our consultants don't have to worry about data extraction and harmonization. Even our junior consultants and interns who are not too experienced yet are able to use Dataddo.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, we wanted to have our clients’ data all connected through our own account. That is actually still possible but it can get quite messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We consult mainly in the marketing field. As such, we might deal with dozens and hundreds of social media accounts per client. A big benefit is the possibility of multi-account extraction which unlike our worries didn’t cost anything extra.

Great time-saver
What do you like best about the product?
Our data analysts don’t have to wait for data to be delivered by departments anymore, all the data they need is being sent to Google BigQuery automatically and they can pull whatever info they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, our depts would provide their data which became outdated by a few days by the time our analysts received it. Thanks to Dataddo we are able to work with real-time data.
Time-efficient data analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there are multiple dashboards as destinations available. Most of the time we use Tableau but some of our clients specifically request other BI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi account extraction has to be requested but then again it was always set up quickly for us so nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Dataddo to create quick dashboards has been a huge time saver. In our business, we used to spend hours manually extracting data to then create reports and dashboards. The process was cumbersome and time-consuming
optimized marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Possible to get data from our multiple Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind right now...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To understand what campaigns are working and which are not, we needed almost real-time data. Without data integration, we would have been relying on pure guesswork.
Essential for financial services
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user intuitive and implementation was very fast. A quick solution for us to start optimizing our business and try to be more data-driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is mainly in English, our company is based in Southeast Asia so some members of our team had to use Google Translate in the beginning. But the platform is pretty intuitive so not a big concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a tool to get faster data analysis to identify data patterns. Most often used direct integration with Power BI.
Our over 1 year adventure
What do you like best about the product?
They are surely responsive. When something is not clear, it's simple to contact them by email or for an online meeting. After our requests can they provide new connectors and new metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their system isn't bulletproof. Our biggest pain is dealing with delays on data source - many times it ends with manual pushing of the data. A few times it also happened that there are problems with data quality - i.e. column changed format. Their GUI changed many times and sometimes it's not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They surely have a lot of different connectors for different metrics and can provide data from different sources (i.e. many Google analytic tools). Thanks to this we don't have to deal with data sources APIs and upgrading them every half of the year. However instead of dealing with data sources incidents and delays, we have to deal with Dataddo incidents and delays, yet it is much simpler for us.
Great piece of connector software that allows us to have full control over our data dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo is a reasonably priced, but most importantly a very well stocked piece of software in terms of data sources it can get access to. It allowed for our department to set up extensive dashboards with minimal effort and without having to involve any IT specialists.
If there are any issues, Dattado's interface provides enough documentation to understand what needs to be done to fix it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we found so far is that some of the data sources require constant maintenance, as they can fail at any time without any notice. Although this is probably not Dataddo's fault, it would be great to have a more extensive notification system to remind all users that there are issues in the account.

It allows our team to extract data from a large number of data sources into one nicely packaged stream. As a result, we are in full control of our data and can share it using one unified dashboard, rather than having to go back and forth between platforms.
Great platform - Nothing else like it
What do you like best about the product?
It has great self-serve features and connection abilities that far surpass the competition. This is all in a really neat interface that comes at an affordable price.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little confusing at first. Navigating the UI is fine, but when it comes to the more technical aspects of setting up connections you may need assistance from someone for technical or their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce data connections, which are affordable - pairing that with their Act On integration, which is hard to find anywhere.
Great service and a good ETL tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its an easy to use user friendly tool that keeps getting improved daily. Also more sources and features are added all the time. Also when you need a connection or field that they dont have yet, i can email them or use the chat support and sometimes they can even add it the same day or in around two three weeks depending on the complexity, this is an amazing service that i havent found anywhere else yet. It feels like real team work where my input also helps to improve the dataddo platform. The tool itselff also works easy and fast and doesnt have a lot of hickups in the scheduled data transfer very dependable, which is the most important for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an error in a connection (flow), but isnt very clear to me then what coused the error and how to fix it, also the seperste steps of creating a source, destination and flow feels like extra steps sometimes but this is also a good thing because it gives you the freedom to send your data to different destinations. sometimes it isnt very clear what a connection is exactly sending, also you need to setup a seperate source connection for each table would be a great improvement if you can choose multiple tabels inside the same source setup and have them transferd together. But this isnt a very big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transffering data from source to multiple dtawarehouses from the same dataddo environment. It gives a nice overview and stil enables us to keep data from different customers seperate. Also when there is a source that no other ETL offers dataddo offers a quick service where they can quickly build it and this makes our love a lot easier it spares us a lot of development time.
Utilizing Transformation Pipeline & Data Flow integration in my distributed environment with Dataddo
What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo offers an exceptional no-code data integration platform that effectively transfers our client data to distributed databases & cloud storage such as AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Google Cloud Storage. It regularly performs automatic data sync between our data source and cloud storage whenever there is an upload or removal of objects. Its data quality checks facilitate the prevention of duplicates, anomalies detection, and blending data transformations with its no-code dashboard utilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike while using Dataddo is I'm unable to edit my data source. It only enables me to edit the snapshot settings of the pre-existing data source. For metrics and other configuration changes each time, I need to create a new data source that consumes some of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can request for new connector by giving the list of our API endpoints specifications which we need to access. This will gain our custom connector access in our Dataddo platform, solving integration complexity issues. We use its transformation pipeline, which houses our framework for all data transformation models & data flow integrations to obtain API responses from our diversified third-party applications. Also, it's easy to customize the dashboard using its configure dashboard window and include data blending operations in which we can combine two data sources into one destination for data flow versatility.
