Simple and beneficial
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and does exactly what we need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our current subscription is limited to just a few connections but we could always change our subscription when it's more necessary to have more connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a financial report in Power BI but could not figure out how to easily get data to Power BI every day. Setting up connection with our financial platforms with Power BI was easy with Dataddo and we don't have to spend time on it' every day just moving around data.

What do you like best about the product?
The large catalogue of connectors is a delight for the price of the services
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any issues with dataddo so far. Everything we needed to get done was always done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be working with precise data which is as recent as possible. With Dataddo, we can achieve exactly that. Problems with missing data was our biggest problem since we couldn’t get the full picture and were often missing crucial information.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know yet how to work with the custom data that you created (for example: custom data fields in your CRM software), probably you have to customize the integration code, but I don't know yet how to do it.
Sometimes the connectors are not ready for some important data from software. For example: payments object in Pipedrive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate and consolidate data from several softwares that we are using (excel spreadsheets, google drive, ERPs, CRM and so on)
Easily bring data from different softwares to a DataViz tool like PowerBI so you will be able to automate reports from multiple sources

Great tool, incredible support
What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo is one of my fav connector. As a consultant, I jungle between many of them (basically, what my client is keen to pay for), but this one is very smooth: easy to use and functionnal. And the most important, customer support is AWE-SOME, that's making all the difference for me
What do you dislike about the product?
A few connectors still in beta, but I think it's ok because they are not the major ones, only good to have that would please my clients. As long as Ads, CMS and CRM connectors are in, they are pretty happy !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I'm not a dev ops so I don't know how to load data into Data Studio (now Looker Studio). Thanks to Dataddo, I can get my data in minutes and focus on what matters, ie building valuable dashboard for my clients
Recommended to both beginners and experienced users
What do you like best about the product?
Dataddo is a no-code data integration tool and it is exactly what it promises - even with no coding knowledge, I was able to learn how to use it very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need highly specialized connectors, those might not be available, although you can try connecting customer support to see whether they can build it for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was reviewing different tools that you can use for data analysis, Dataddo fit in seamlessly with the other tools I have chosen to review allowing me to recommend a good data stack to my readers. I will continue to use the Free plan to check the performance of my social media profiles.
Reliable data replication
What do you like best about the product?
The whole thing was set up in a few minutes which was the most valuable to my team as we opted for Dataddo in an extremely busy time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Everything works fine. I have not stepped on a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted a quick way to back up data and Dataddo proved to be quite simple to use but still reliable. Although that was all we needed to do, we are working on our data infrastructure and will consider subscribing to Dataddo.

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to connect to Snowflake and Tableau.

Historical manual load was a bit tricky at first but the documentation was enough for me to figure it out.

We wanted to get a better understanding of overall sales performance to identify trends and make adjustments to pricing, promotions, and product mix, so the first step was integrating data.
Data from numerous sources all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
We don’t need data specialists or engineers to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connectors we needed were not available but on request. While they were developed within a month, it would have been nicer to have them right off the bat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect data from many sources - POS data, e-commerce data, data from marketplaces, data from social media, data from loyalty programs etc. There was a need for a more data-based approach to our decision-making.
Great tool for a good price
What do you like best about the product?
I's cheaper than other tools we tried out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only light transformations are available but are not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The previous ETL tool was charging per data volume so it was way too expensive.
Using Dataddo saved us time and resources
What do you like best about the product?
Our business benefits the most thanks to Dataddo's ability to connect to multiple data sources and quickly and easily integrate data from those sources. This has allowed us to streamline our data management processes and make data more accessible to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not exactly dislike but one concern for us was data security which we have to take very seriously. Dataddo's data encryption and data masking features have alleviated our concerns and allowed us to feel confident that our data is safe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using custom pipelines but had to keep up with the constantly changing APIs. This was problematic especially when our engineers were out of the office and couldn’t take care of it right away. Now, with Dataddo, data is automatically extracted and loaded into our warehouse daily without any manual intervention.
