Gets its job done
What do you like best about the product?
A nice etl tool that gets its job done pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I can think of atm, maybe the changes could be communicated more, but nothing too confusing has happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hourly sync of data from our social media to a live dashboard.

The tools gets done what it needs to get done.

Nothing in particular, everything that I need is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can manage multiple clients’ accounts from one master account.
Scaled well with our business
What do you like best about the product?
Before, we only used to send data to Power BI since we didn’t need a data warehouse. However, once we actually started to grow and with us the amount of data, we transitioned to a more robust data infrastructure without a hitch since Dataddo already had the connector to BigQuery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest fear was unexpected data outages but even if that happens occasionally (usually not Dataddo’s fault though), the problem would be solved within a few hours.

Right now, we need to extract data from multiple tools our organization uses to Google BQ.

Love Dataddo’s customer service, they really went above and beyond to get stuff working for us and we’re super grateful for it.

We needed to extract data in a specific way which we could not achieve on our own nor with the help of other tools. It was Anezka and her team who helped us so much so there isn’t anything we’re been unhappy with.

We needed to load data from specific years from multiple sources to build a dashboard. This needed to be done within a span of a week which Dataddo’s team helped us achieve.

The portfolio I can work with: from google sheets to salesforce. It's great!

I'd like for Dataddo to offer trainings on their own functions to use it better as a tool

to simplify my reporting
Love that it has Catsone.
What do you like best about the product?
We really needed a tool that could get our Catsone data to both Google Bigquery and Google Data Studio and the ones we were looking at didn’t have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found nothing that we would be unhappy with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from extracting out Catsone data, we also use it to get data from our CRM. Recently been exploring the reverse etl possibilities to see if it can help us headhunt more efficiently.

Recently switched to Dataddo
What do you like best about the product?
Before we used Fivetran but with a bigger focus on marketing and higher sales, our usual data volume has more than doubled which became a serious strain on our budget. Our number of sources stays the same but it’s just data volume which changes - for this reason we switched to Dataddo.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been considering adding some services but Dataddo doesn’t have the connectors yet, but from our inquiries a new connector should take a month at most if we really need it.

Much more budget friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from the list of connectors available, you can request a new one which can be developed as fast as one week, and the team response is amazing, they are very attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectors take longer to develop but that’s expected, we were requesting some specific data, and it took around 2 months. Also, the color of the interface its too strong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a specific connector for a few of our clients which were not available with other ETL tools and they took their time responding to us. Dataddo’s team contacted us back within 2 days and the connector’s development started the same week!
