What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the solution is that it supports almost all Operating Systems (OS) with a single agent and provides excellent endpoint security from emerging threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there is no point in disliking the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Check Point Harmony Endpoint provides excellent control and security to the endpoint or remote machine. It provides consolidated management console from where we can easily manage and secure all the endpoint devides.
Customizable reporting enhances mail protection and clarity
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Harmony's report settings are quite useful. The reports are clear and customizable, allowing us to easily show which types of mails are being blocked or protected under the platform.
What needs improvement?
There have been complaints about the integration with mailing groups in Active Directory. It's challenging to identify spam in cases where specific mailboxes receive emails from many domains but specific accounts.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Harmony for about three years now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We haven't had any problems during these three years, so stability is rated ten out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We haven't tested scalability extensively, however, since there are no complaints, I would rate it as ten out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
We contacted technical support two weeks ago about questions regarding incoming and outgoing mail controls. We were very satisfied with the support we received.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
In another experience, I've used WebSense, now known as Forcepoint, for spam and mail security. WebSense was an on-premises solution, whereas Harmony is a cloud solution.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was easy. It mostly involved connecting the solution to Office 365.
What about the implementation team?
We had an integrator or consultant, Confograf, who helped us mainly with the planning tasks. Execution was done by our team over three months.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing for Harmony was reasonable compared to other cloud solutions. It was one of the reasons we chose it.
What other advice do I have?
Planning is crucial for a smooth experience when implementing Harmony. It's best to take your time to ensure all settings are correct. The overall rating for the solution is ten out of ten.
User-friendly interface saves time despite management configuration challenges

There are some issues with the management part, especially in converting central configurations to local configurations within SmartConsole in Check Point Firewall.

We have been able to identify harmful threats with suspicious activities in the network.
