Cloudkeeper has helped simplify cloud cost management.
What do you like best about the product?
Using the cloudkeeper tool has simplified billing and cost management of cloud resources for my team. We are able to have granular and easy visibility into our cloud spend, even for folks new to the team.
The cloudkeeper team have been exceptional and professional each time myself or a member my team has reached out. These days, I have come to recognize them as an extended arm of my team due to their immense professionalism and speedy turn around time each time we ask for their help, Great guys overall.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cloudkeeper tool could be better in the area of granular budget alerts for services to help track daily spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudkeeper is helping us get clear visibility into our cloud spend while identifying areas for cost optimizations and reductions.

CloudKeeper team support - Excellent !
What do you like best about the product?
we had a production server down and the team supported us and the server were up in an hour . The support by Aakash Tayal & Ashwani Verma were at par excellellent. I like to appericaite them for reveting back to us in mutiple calls and fix the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothiing specific to commend at this time.

Cost opetimisation and timely support when needed.

CloudKeeper helped me to get a granular view of our cloud spending patterns, allowing us to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction. This tool also has simple yet user friendly design. Overall happy with it.

Notifications for RI & coverage which I have requested the team as a feature to be introduced.

Cost optimisation for Infrastructure, for entire organisation and AWS account can be viewed under one dasboard gives business stakeholder to make informed decision. Identifying and recommending the service that need optimisation while cost to the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of ck is simple and useful UI with very clean data. Also the cost optimization suggestion to save the cost and alerting system they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
MS team integration is missing for sending alert in team channel.

It shows the billing data from multiple AWS at a single dashboard.
