Pleo is easy and simple to use

What do you like best about the product?
Snapping a picture of a receipt is amazingly easy and Pleo even searches my mail inbox for receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't remeber my plastic card pin as I rarely use it and seeing it in the app feels cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting has become way easier. Paying bills is a breeze and small purchases are no longer a hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
is very easy to use, like a normal card. The app is also simple for uploading receipts and tracking spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first set it up, I had issues with the virtual card not working for online purchases. This has since been rectified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need petty cash. Staff no longer need to use there own money and submit expenses forms. easy to view expenses on on one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Easy to set up and use.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is simple to use, the interface is clean and it's so straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cards are pre-paid cards instead of real credit cards, which can be a little bit troublesome to connect to services such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud. Also, different from regular business credit cards we don't gain mileage or points that we can convert to other benefits, which can be a big deal for companies that are heavily dependant on SaaS subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to organize our expense tracking in a way that we are always in check with how much we spend per service. Also, we are able to quickly sync with our bookkeeping software the expenses and saving us precious hours of work every month.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, easy to use, and find what you need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Pleo. So far everything I needed to do worked perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an employee, I can easily pay for expenses such as software subscriptions or travel. I can easily add the receipts for them, which will also be shared with the finance department.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UX that allows dragging and dropping of receipts, automatic matching, and easy issuing of new cards. The cards work extremely well and the risk management system at Pleo is good - it doesn't block transactions for no reason, but it also does pick up suspicious activity very effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Previously the cards did not work with all subscription systems, but recent updates have fixed it so that Pleo cards work even with Google Ads, etc. There are sometimes annoying email notifications about missing receipts, but you can turn that off if you want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of doing expenses has doubled, saving so much time every month. The speed of issuing cards to the team members has gone from 2 weeks down to 2 minutes, and that's a huge deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out - it's a flexible and easy system to get started with and we run it in parallel with our old payment cards.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way of submitting the invoice/receipt information.
The categories.
The flexibility assigning limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the invoice reminders are a bit annoying, especially when we’re in the process of getting the invoice. We should be able to schedule that kind of notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning budget limits between several employees.
Be able to empower more employees to use that budget without having to always ask for the company card.

What do you dislike about the product?
that you have to fill it up before use, we buy many things in Europe, so we need the VAT reimbursement, but its difficult to set it up, No instructions what happens when I change the MAINGROUP NAMES and what effect it will take in our Bookkeeping,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no more papers lying everywhere, control in our bookkeeping

What do you like best about the product?
Nudges me to get the receipts in (which is something I often forget), other than that it is just simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No particular downsides - I'd like to be able to create temporary cards for the team, maybe. Or to link it to Google Pay. Or for the journey from payment to go straight to a camera for the receipt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
1. Slick interface and user experience both at admin and user levels
2. Gives people the flexibility with discretionary spend
3. Pleo makes money through rev share with MasterCard primarily rather than through subscription making the cost really low
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Pleo credit card would be a fantastic addition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves finance team lots of time chasing receipts for expense - actually don't need to do that now, it's all automated!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the app - it is easy and simple to use. I can add categorisation, notes, images (for receipts) etc, drag-and-drop PDF invoices to the correct place, it all works in an unobtrusive way
One other thing is the packaging the cards come in - I have even kept mine!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is possible there are some advanced features missing, however as a fairly "simple" use case I have found it really user friendly to add and categorise expenses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo allows our Finance team to track individual and team expenses without requiring a paper receipt for every outlay, which has meant far less friction when handling expenses and allows me to focus on being productive
