The app is easy to use understand and explain to colleagues. I don't have to waste time filling out expense forms

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has transformed my organisations approach to expenses whilst travelling - no more photos of receipts, lost receipts or waiting for payment to cover expenses. All managed by a very smooth app experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the odd ‘outage’ when the app has stopped working - I can count on one hand the number of times this has happened, so not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing receipts, collecting receipts and waiting for expense payments have been solved.
Seamless, easy to use, nice interface, the reminders massively help
What do you like best about the product?
saved me hours of my life!! I used to spend 2 to 3 hours a month uploading receipts and explaining what they were for. Plus I love the immediate reminders to take a picture means I almost never forget to upload my receipts

The Monday reminders, the immediate notification to upload the receipt

Time wasting, lost receipts, ability to categorise spend

Missing receipts is no longer a major issue, being able to snap a picture there and then makes the whole process much simpler!

Its a great option for all employee business expenses
Intuitive and time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and intuitive. It saves a lot of time with the possibility to create automatic reports, scan receipts, upload files with one simple click. Also, the combination of the online with the physical card is quite useful. You can set limits for both, which is quite important too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the physical card isn't accepted by some hotels and car rental companies.

Bigger control and transparency of expenses within the teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Working in the people team, we have to buy lots of random things really last minute. Pleo makes it super easy to do that! The app makes it easy for us to stay on top of our expenses by uploading our receipts for finance to process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure why this question won't let me submit- I haven't found anything I dislike yet.

It stops the team having to use their own money and then go through the expense process, which means the people team can be super-efficient whenever we need to buy anything quickly.

Nothing - it is a great business tool and allows us to give a degree of autonomy to managers and staff, whilst reducing the work load.

For field operations,
Pleo has made it easy for my team to track payments for various services
and also sends reminders/ prompts if receipts are not attached to a particular expenses.
This reduces on fraudulent activities , improves on resource allocation and better accounting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the nature of our field work, the Pleo cards have an Upper limit per month which restricts on the expenditure per month since it cannot be exceeded.
The Notes dialogue box has limited space for characters to type this means the descriptions for the expense have to be as brief as possible and understandable with few words which might not work in my favor.
