Nice app
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly everything. I think it is an intuitive app, easy to use, I like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The facto that the app doesn´t allow the option to not include a photo of the invoices or mark the purchase in a way it doesn´t look as "pending" (of attaching the invoice), showing the orange circle. Apart from that everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way for me to track all the purchases, remember the invoices I need to give to my accountant. I can have my own card so I don´t have to keep asking my boss for his. We can have a separate budget and card for the marketing department.

The user interface is super simple. The customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the categories and tags are a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The freedom to manage employee expenses easily- it's saving us a lot of time!
Transparent, easy to use with great integration possibilities for accounting and bookkeeping systems

Integration to bookkeeping systems and usage of the virtual card before the actual card arrives
What do you dislike about the product?
FX rates are not the best, cannot amend the VAT rates on certain expenses (have to it manually after the expenses are exported to bookkeeping system)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small business expenses, business trips, and clear expense record for the employees

reduce the admin and bookkeeping of everyday business expenses
Pleo makes sense

The convenience and the ease of use, no need to hang on to receipts, take a pic, upload and done. It makes sense

I dont think there is a down side , I am a big fan and would happily recommend

What do you like best about the product?
That it peeks my mail for incoming receipts, and suggest to link them to my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything - I'm fan of it :o)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have missing receipts anymore, as I take a snapshot everytime I use it. Before I always missed receipts every month for a lunch, coffee or the like.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're struggling with lost receipts, late settlements of expenses and complex accounting of expenses every month, this will be a lifesaver.
So easy to use and saves a lot of time.
What do you like best about the product?
Using the app to simply upload photos of receipts, code the spending to the right place and checking easily checking my pin if I need a reminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not come across any downsides as yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major benefit of saving time and doing my expenses on the go. Also no personal expenses to claim and not needing to use my own money and then claim back is so helpful.

Try it out! It's so easy to use and has saved me so much time, no downsides either.

its quick and simple to set up and for continued use. no more lost receipts or going over budget

i have been using pleo for a few months now and so far there is nothing i dislike about it

being able to keep track of spending in different areas. Not having to handle lots of cash especially under current circumstances

The app is really easy-to-use. It clearly shows my balance, recent spending, and which ones have a receipt or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the app is a bit bland and lacks strong branding. It's easy to forget it's the Pleo app whilst using it.

Easily record receipts against business payments.
