I'm sold!
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Pleo is that it means I don't need to deal with my big credit card reconciliation at the end of the month! It saves me so much time and also has the same benefit for our accounts team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't flaw it Pleo, I've not had any issues with it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confusing and difficult to work out credit card statements, lost receipts and time consuming reconciliations.
Really simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it really easy to add expenses. Both the app and the website are slick and easy to use. Handy reminders give you unobtrusive nudges when you've had a regular expense come through that requires a receipt to be added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that annoys me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You no longer find yourself with a build up of expenses receipts to be logged at the end of a month. It's also so much easier than other apps we've used, so I don't find myself asking for help when uploading receipts.

The product itself is so simple and easy to use, I have now launched this across the whole business and all the staff love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being charged for the cards despite not being used. I prefer the old way where if the card is active then you were charged.

Visibility on staff spending on company money.
A true User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of uploading receipts and don't have to be sitting and allocating time for it as it's always on the go. The new look and complete make-over of the app and visual identity was also a big success. The app works flawlessly and is easy to use, understand, and always very educational once new features roll out. Easy tab in with Face ID (Apple user here), which makes it even quicker and smoother to use the app. Another great feature but at the same time so simple is the prompt notifications one receives as soon as you made a purchase so that you can go straight into the application for snapping that picture of the receipt. Toss the physical paper or delete the mail receipt right after, which leads to less clutter. The fact that Pleo is finally Apple Pay also makes my life easier and much more streamlined since I can even use my Apple Watch to pay for things now and keep all my cards in the same wallet and don't have to become cross-functional when it comes to paying for things!
What do you dislike about the product?
It happened before that the server was down while I had to pay for something, but that has never happened after that one time. That was the only negative experience ever and I've been using the Service for over 1.5 years :)

I am saving massive amounts of time while working on the road!

Virtual cards and expense management that take minimal effort.

Nothing major. Sometimes it pics up attachments from e-mails which are not invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
With the pleo card you can automatically get digital invoices directly from the store, the app and webpage is also easy to navigate and very simplistic. Pleo will notify you if you are missing an invoice and as soon as it detects a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything I dislike. Perhaps a metal card instead of a plastic card would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With pleo you can easily submit invoices from your purchases and avoid missing invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is incredibly easy to use and helps me save time doing something I don't particularly enjoy doing (documenting expenses!). The interface is also really nice to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints... One small thing though is with the new 'fetch' feature sometimes certain receipts don't upload correctly in Pleo so I have to go back and fix them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it very easy for us and our finance department to keep track of not only our spending but also what we are spending money on specifically too.

How easy it is to use, and integration works really well.

I have two work accounts and would love to be able to have access to both via one login, rather than login in separately for each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think ease for staff is great. People miss fewer receipts this way.
