Excellent tool for expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and fetching features. Invoice payments is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some errors with Quickbooks and exporting

Easy to make payments and reimburse staff

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that you are able to keep on top of your accounts better and it saves paper form. You are able to monitor more closely the spending limit and manage these limits in the system. I like that you get alerts when money is low and that this can auto top up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that I dislike about Pleo and is it being able to get in touch with Pleo. As we are UK based we struggle with this and any issues we have had we have had to email support team and obviously when an issue arises you need help quite quickly but as you are not able to speak to someone straight away this can become very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep on top of our accounts with the receipts transferring straight to Xero once exported.
Game-changer for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to add it to my Apple wallet and use it like my personal cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't ask me to authenticate so many transactions in the app - it happens for the majority of purchases I make online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows members of staff to make purchases without it all having to go through me.
Very convenient way to stay on top of the team's expenses

It's very convenient and easy to use. You can access it through your computer or your phone.

The pop up for approving payment can only be accessed through the notifications. You can view it when you are in the app already.

It allows the team members to spend money for company expenses and for us to be able to have visibility over it
Tracking my expenses feels like a game, thanks to the Pleo app
What do you like best about the product?
It has really helped me keep my expenses in order and make sure I have the receipts connected to them. I think the person who’s happiest about my switch is my accountant. Now it’s almost like a game to avoid having any expenses missing information in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The safari app is sometimes tricky to log into. I always need to verify both through pin, text and email every time I log in even if I press "trust this device"

Makes me not pile receipts on a pile or in a messy dropbox folder

Fraud Risk high with virtual cards and no FCA support when victimised.

Having cards is useful for expense tracking rather than commerical cards which are more prone to risk

- No in app feature to send reminders to users to submit receipt.
- No unique invoice inbox email address for each user -- so that someone else can help submit an invoice on behalf of a user

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A virtual debit card for employees without the hassle of registering new users at traditional banks. Easy expense reconciliation for accounting.
Great Expense Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, has great integrations with accounting systems and our HRIS, which make onboarding and daily workflows easy. The "Fetch" feature of pulling receipts from inboxes saves a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found there are occasional periods of the app being slow especially when there is a large volume of transactions to be processed. There are also no "Hard limits" meaning employees can exceed their budgets and then have their cards shut off vs a transaction failing for exceeding the budget.

Making it easier for employees to spend whilst out and about as well as making the receipt capture as easy as possible.
PLEO solves a lot issues for our employees in the field but leaves too much gaps in the backoffice
