I would recommend the Pleo system to all that work in a Residential Setting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an App on your phone which reminds you to upload your receipts, you can keep a check on the staff spending the money, I also like to monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I have found that I dont' like.

It is cashless
Very easy to use, super convenient and beautifully designed
What do you like best about the product?
Nobody likes to deal with the payroll administrative stuff, but Pleo makes it so easy to do. It logs all of your expenses and makes it really easy to attach payment receipts and invoices. It also kindly reminds you if any of your payments are missing a receipt. There's also no need to remember your card details as it is super easy to copy them with only one click. I also love the general design of the platform and the little encouraging messages that are posted after submitting a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - I haven't experienced anything that bothered me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to stay on top of your expenses and to make it easy for payroll to process them.

The ease of adding comments and categories to expenses is super intuitive! Receipt upload tool on the mobile is also a great feature - with the ability to upload instantly saving a tonne of time!

A simple concept which is attractive in itself, and then the A*** execution REALLY wins you over.

The honesty with which Pleo fulfils its objective. It does precisely what it says it is going to do, and it does it really, really well.
The onboarding process is fast and enjoyable. The cards come in a cool cardboard wallet, which incentivise a new user to make the most of the corresponding digital platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have to write 40 characters, which means I can't just write "Nothing", but...literally nothing. I haven't had a single negative experience with this service.
I am frustrated that the G2 platform isn't giving me an A+ grade as a result of a lightweight response to this specific question, but I really struggle to fabricate negative experiences with Pleo ;)

Multi-user access to company funds; clear, tracked spending; easily controlled staff budgets; authorised, monitored spending; customisable budgeting.
I have used the physical card for real-world transactions, and the digital card for online transactions. The app verifies your identity before authorising a payment, which is an intelligent feature to ensure only the right people are able to make purchases. This is an enlightened approach to expenses, and I am a strong and vocal advocate of the service.

Great user interface and super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The prompts when you have made a purchase to take a photo of the receipt
What do you dislike about the product?
I didnt work once when connecting the card to certain apps like Uber- however this seems to be resolved now

Really easy to travel to other countries for work and not worry about currency or if a card will get accepted. Very user friendly and works in all European countries.

How much it streamlines our credit card reconciliation process, no chasing receipts, no filling in spreadsheets and it works in tandem with Xero

Nothing to be honest I don't have a negative

Missing receipts are a thing of the past and doing a manual reconciliation each month, which saves staff hours. Linking the credit card charges directly to the Xero account and account codes has also been a time saver.

Usabilty, your app, administration and accounting solution, your sales/customer-success process (best in class!!!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is quite high (compared to other solutions), I miss the option that our employees can have the PLEO Pocket expenses transferred to them directly

I would highly recommend pleo it has improved cash flow made my employees and admin staffs lives much easier so glad I found pleo I can’t recommend them highly enough customer service has been immediate with any thing we’ve not understood!
Spot-On Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is simple and intuitive. Small delighter features like the ability to copy and paste card numbers & the receipts feature in the app take the pain out of online purchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little! Sometimes sites (e.g. Amazon) default to personal cards when I proceed to checkout which means I need to then claim stuff back. It would be great if Pleo could work with companies like Amazon to work out how to make Pleo an option in a 'quick payment ' situation without having to list it as the default card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time and stress for sure. Makes reporting and tracking on my expenses simple and easy.
