Very smooth and solving problems at every level
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to deal with receipts and the clean user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but I have a really hard time remembering the pin as I so rarely have to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to save receipts and are in control of when I need to spend company cash.
Benefits of Pleo to the Company
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for staff to capture receipts spent on the Companmy card, as well as personal expenses and mileage. Imports information straight into Xero making it easier to reconcile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personal expenses not very easy to edit if incorrect or declined, however its a new function so I expect there are still improvements to be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier for staff to capture receipts at time of spending, meaning better reporting and higher VAT reclaims.
Great to minimize bureaucracy when you trust your employees
What do you like best about the product?
Its very good for business trips or cases where you need to allow your employees to make small purchases. In my case this means that developers can pay for subscriptions and buy new tools without getting and approval from me or finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recurring payments are not handled very well yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Minimizing bureaucracy involved in small purchasing.

Pleo makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I can do all the work to book my own receipts instantly, which makes our company’s book-keeper’s life much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, we have been enjoying all of the features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our book-keeper has less work, as we handle all of our receipts and the booking of them ourselves.

Just get it.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very clean and intuitive. I never had any problems with that. Also, the fact that you either get a push notifications to add a photo of your receipt right away or even better - you get a digital receipt after you pay is such a great idea!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beggining, my card wouldn't work but the issue was quickly resolved by your support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for conference materials is extremely easy and pleasant. Everybody in my company uses Pleo for different purposes and everybody speaks highly of it. I was mostly using Pleo when travelling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go with it. We had other software but Humio is just beating them all.

What do you like best about the product?
In the nicest possible way, you can’t escape the admin. As soon as you have made a payment and a notification is there to upload your receipt. I’ve ran a business and receipts and expenses quickly get out of hand. Pleo doesn’t allow you to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic sync of receipts in your inbox and transactions in your Pleo doesn’t work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep on top of all expenses and submit accurate accounts and VAT returns. Before it was a nightmare.
Great service, easy transactions
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it so easy to make business purchases - and keep track of spending
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult keeping track of missing receipts and remembering to submit them - but the email reminders are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solved the issue of letting our team make company purchases without having to use one company card/it gives people more control over their accounts.

So quick and easy to use, adoption was so quick, and has saved finance team so much time every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Pleo...

time taken to log expenses, marrying receipts up with charges.
Easy, simple and just perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone hates receipts, but Pleo makes it so easy to snap a picture of the receipt, that I never lost a single receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
That's a good question - I really don't know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We spend less time collecting receipts and invoices, which our CFO is very happy about and it's also great for all our employees to have an easy overview of their usage. Their feature "fetch" collects all my invoices sent to my email, so I don't need to upload them.
