Pleo is smooth and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Both desktop and mobile version is super easy to use and intuitive! I use it daily to easily digitalise/upload receipts and to have a card ready to pay for my transactions at all times. Their mobile app is also easy to use and nice to have a hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't got much to say to way down my rating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make's it easy for me to purchase w my online company card and log expenses. I always have the card both on desktop and mobile app near me so I can buy without having to approve w my ceo first. I have a fixed monthly budget. This is not only easier for me but also him.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use. The app is intuitive and it takes seconds to add receipts. I love the fact that there is a virtual card for online purchases and subscriptions. You don't have to block a card you can't loose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about this product. It works as it should.

I am using Pleo to pay for my online and physical corporate expenses.
Very simple and very secure a worry free system

I like that the Pleo app gives a a notification almost immediately as any purchase happens.

I am yet to find any negative issue with this system

Reduced time regarding expenses as this is automated once picture of receipt is uploaded

The Pleo infrastructure is very easy to use and deploy, and integrates well with upstream and downstream systems for a small company
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to understand the benefit of having two cards for physical and online use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipts are so much easier to add which cuts admin time for users and accounts down dramatically. It reminds you, it checks your inbox, and this is key to keeping on top of receipts. I would estimate a cut in admin time from 40 hours per month to under 5.

If you want to save time in administering receipts, go with Pleo

What do you like best about the product?
You can track all the expenses in real-time with simple charts and some statistics. You can reduce human error like missing receipts because it requires taking a picture right after you pay for something. Integration with the commonly used accounting system is very powerful. Their customer service is incredibly fast and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about. I'm just excited to use the upcoming new features.

It is a time-saver for organizing all the documents for expenses. You can also see the statics of the company's expenses in real-time, therefore you can be more agile to make a decision or to change a plan.

1. The PC user interface has more features than the mobile app ex. as an admin, I can't change limits for my team from the app

Pleo is very easy to use and to maintain. It allows me to keep an eye on the spend of our team

The ease of it. Ordering new cards is simple and the monthly reconciliation is very smooth.

The possibility of customising limits to each person and the possibility of uploading the receipts from the app.

It should stop to make a purchase for employees that have a certain number of outstanding receipts to upload.
