EASY & FAST
What do you like best about the product?
Commodity: fast with only one picture, not more than 4 seconds per payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike point for now, after a few months of using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All payments from the sales team collected in one place with just pictures.

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to allocate virtual cards and purchase limits to employees in other countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not much. I had the export fail ones during these last couple of years, and the support team fixed it within a couple of hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One key challenge that Pleo helps us with, is allocating debit cards to employees in other countries. Before, we had to deal with our local bank branch and give made-up social security numbers for these employees since they're not in the system in our country, it was a hassle to keep track of each bank account and balances etc.
Not having to chase receipts, putting any numbers in manually etc. has really helped us decrease the amount of time spent on monthly closure.

What do you like best about the product?
We no longer have any cash on site. Pleo has completely transformed out outdated petty cash system

Nothing, everything works as expected for us

We no longer have any cash on site. Petty cash transactions are now automatically imported and reconciled in our accounting system which is XERO
The card is so easy to use and gives you all the information you need for your accounts in one place

It can be used everywhere and because it reminds you, it saves losing receipts and therefore there are no account issues at the end of the year

To be honest I haven't really found one, it is just so easy to use

The biggest problem that we solved in our company is tracking receipts for tax purposes

Easy to use & goes straight into Xero, helping to keep us in control of company spend!

Simple to integrate and smooth to enrol the team, it empowers our employees but gives us full visibility on company spend!
Great solution for your company
What do you like best about the product?
Group management of the debit cards and the app allow for adding expenses straight away, all straightforward. Like the virtual card, as I can use that for online purchases and the physical one only needed for things like paying for an event room that needs a card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to create a virtual card for each vendor would be a fantastic feature, but I suspect that will come very soon.

Provides company debit cards for team members to use instead of paying out of pocket and then submitting their expenses.

easy to use, card can be used everywhere and like the approval login. Also the interface is super frindly and easy to use and upload receipt/invoices.

nothing so far, it is very easy app for work. I don't have any problem and also the chat is very helpful if I need immediate help

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, both via the app and the web-based page. Really like that you can just snap the receipt and then the expenses is sorted, rather than having to faff around at the end of a month to get all expenses and receipts in order. Also, the project/department categories have helped us so much with allocating cost/becoming much slicker with our month end accounts. I would 100% recommend Pleo!
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first got Pleo there were some teething issues (it didn't always work in certain supermarkets for some reason). However, these issues seem to have been resolved now so I don't really have anything bad to say about Pleo!

As I said above, the project/department category codes have helped us become much slicker with expenses and have allowed us to allocate funds where needed and review where we are overspending etc.

The simplicity of the user App and the ability to categorize expenses at the point of purchase

There are sometimes difficulties trying to change a PIN number

Reduction in lost expense claims, faster reconciliation which would be difficult to do monthly using a manual system

Expenses are being tracked in real time, rather than waiting for month end to reconcile everything and chase people for receipts
