Fantastic Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great customer service when needed and easily resolved. Quick to use and stay on track byb uploading receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even better if you could have a remaining balance as you spend.

I am able to monitor exact spends by uploading receipts and having categorised spends.
No hassle expenses

Automatically fetching invoices and receipts from the mailbox to avoid any manual hassle submitting expenses.

A bit tricky if you have the invoice as a pdf on your computer.

4 digit login seems unsecured? 2fa helps, but website login with pin seems not enough.

Company card management - virtual cards are easy to get and replace. Expenses are a snap.

As Pleo provides a prepaid card I do not need to get into the world of reimbursement.
I still remember the time when I had to keep the receipt safe and upload it to a portal with lots of information for reimbursement.

Nothing as of now from the user point of view.

1. No need to go the route of reimbursement.
2. Instant upload of the receipt.
3. Autonomously picks the expenses for certain vendors like London TFL.
4. With a handy and very easy to use the app I can see all my expenses in one go.

Straight forward and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, all functions are simple to navigate. Easily accessible through the app. All tools are used and easy.

Refunds show as missing receipts rather than refunds.

Easy to track spending and pin is easy to retrieve if forgotten.
