A smart solution for handling your employees outlays.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has a very easy-to-use interface. The direct link in to our business system, Fortnox, also makes our accountants very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a quick function in the application, that can correct the mistake if you use your Pleo virtual credit card, instead of your private credit card, which happens sometimes, when paying with your mobile phone, for example, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Often this mistake is detected immediately, and if a private card would be also registered in Pleo application, a direct correction could be done by the employee, instead of the need to contact the accountant department. Easy and time-saving (and less embarrassing :))
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our bank (Marginalen Bank) does not offer a VISA or MASTERCARD as today for its business customers, so the PLEO solution is a must for us. The benefits are easy controlling and accounting of our employees outlays, which saves expensive debitable time for our outsourced accountant firm.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As always when an organisation is planning to integrate a new financial tool or instrument into the cash flow management system, the cost of the service should always be set against the gain of time and resources.

How quick and easy it is to use, especially if you're using Fetch too.

Nothing major, maybe the reporting could be better

The interface and ease of uploading receipts, either at the POS or later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login - can be a hassle to wait for the 6-digit text message each time. Especially when I might login multiple times per day.

It increases spending visibility across our teams. Great benefits for encouraging those missing receipt stragglers.
Pleo is - pure and simple - the best business credit card I have ever used.

Pleo is so easy and quick to use. Immediately after the purchase with your card, you take a photo with your Pleo, select an account and maybe add a few words - and you're done, in a split second. No pile of receipts, no after-travel-try-to-remember-what-I-spent-money-on

Nothing, really. Difficult to dislike such ease in your work.

Mastering spendings and documenting them.
I used to have problems with misplaced or lost receipts - that doesn't happen when spending is documented on the spot instead of later aftermath.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy way to use Pleo, get a notification that you made a purchase, and take a photo of the receipt. You can add the people and what category in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! It is really easy to use. I get all the functions i need in my everyday use with the card.

It saves time and paperwork!! i used to spend hours with the receipts and logging them

I am saving alot of time using pleo instead of our old expense system.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone within the company has their own Pleo card, which makes reconciling expenses and collating receipts so much easier. Nobody has to use their personal card for work expenses, and this saves the Finance team plenty of time in the respect that they do not have to reimburse people each month. Everyone is responsible for uploading their own receipts which takes the burden off finance
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful to be able to do bank transfers to pay for goods and services. You can't pay invoices using Pleo (as far as I know)

Time saving, makes receipts and claiming VAT easier

Lack of credit and that it have some hard times recognizing receipts from Adobe.
