Efficient, intuitive and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The most effective and efficient expenses tool that I have used. Being able to link cards to the app and upload receipts instantly from apps like Uber make this easy to use and saves times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see that there is anything that I dislike about Pleo in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping expenses up to date. Being able to use digital tools to avoid postage and paperwork.
Pleo is a excellent choice. We hav been using it for 1 year and we are VERY satisfied.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Fortnox and possibility to take pictures of the invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually nothing I can come up with. Really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time and money dou to lack of complications it was befor when our employees los invoices
Excellent convenience - makes It SO easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can purchase with my card, phone, and watch. It is super convenient that the app asks for the receipt right away, so I never miss a receipt. And that Pleo Fetch can get receipts automatically from my inbox for recurring payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Pleo, it has made my life regarding keeping all receipts much easier. Adding personal discipline will make you never loose a receipt again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never miss a receipt, and it is super convenient to pay for services in shops and online. I love that it is Apple Pay enabled, so I never bring my card with me.

Very easy to use my Pleo card both online and physically in different stores.

Pleo could maybe benefit from developing their design of their cards further.

I can really save a lot of time and worry for keeping all my receipts in order.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works away a lot, having a card that is accepted everywhere and tracks your spend in the app, gives prompts for missing receipts, makes it easy to load pictures etc. has absolutely revolutionized the way I track my expenses. And I know it's made life a lot easier for our finance team too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The fetch idea for e-mails is great, but doesn't seem to actually recognise the receipts in my inbox for most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to pleo, all expenses were done either out of my own pocket, for which I was reimbursed, or via a shared company card which created lots of "who's receipt is this" type of e-mails from our finance team. All those problems have now been solved!

This is the way expenses should be handled in 2022

The App and the fact you can upload receipts and it also connects to your email ls a great solution

The lack of a physical card at times is hampering, but maybe this has just not been provided to me by my finance team.
