Smoothest solution I've ever experienced
What do you like best about the product?
Payments are managed like it's 2022, everything is supersmooth in-app and you do not need to lift a finger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I'm super satisfied with Pleo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far. Benefits of being able to pay both with Apple Pay or physical/virtual card and auto fetch receipts, get charges approved etc.

Sign up. Makes administration around business life much more easy.
Pleo works seamless. It is easy, intuitive and makes my administrative part of the day a lot shorter

Makes accounting easier and more save without the need for double-checking

Connecting and importing from accounting software. It should be easier.

Keeping track of receipts and easy accounting in few steps

It has some major constraints. You cannot ban Cash withdrawals, you cannot claim VAT back from non UK spend

What do you like best about the product?
They deliver what they promise, a super easy way of managing company money and spendings. I basically spend no time on managing receipts etc. Anymore :-)
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't come across an issue yet after 1 year and a half of using Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receipts management, spending company money with the correct documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, 100% paperless signup. Very good and friendly onboarding. Super flexible in getting new credit cards on the fly for new team members. No missing receipts :-)
What do you dislike about the product?
Reimbursment for cash spendings (pleo pocket) can not be paid to the employee via IBAN from within pleo. I like "clean" receipts - so cropping of pictures would be nice. Also: we use the credit card for meals - a feature to put down info regarding that spending ("Bewirtungsbeleg") would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We cut down immensly on missing receipts for payments (paypal, debit card, etc.). Now we know who's responsible for every single spending. It also saves a ton of time in accounting.

the digital receipts are fetched automatically from your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have to transfer the money in advance to be able to spend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased time sparing a lot, and involved colleagues in the early accounting process.

You will save time and increase your efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about PLEO is the continuous development of the services. It just keeps being better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not a thing that I do not like about pleo. The only thing I can remember is that the app sometimes needs to be restarted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo the process of collecting invoices and purchasing things for the company is so much smarter.
Pleo is very user friendly for small businesses who need to run an expenses programme

The virtual card is especially useful. I also really enjoy the ability to scan emails for receipts automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The receipt scanner could probably use some work - it's not always really accurate. I would like to be able to login with Face ID, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is helping our business manage our expenses policy - it's easy to create virtual cards, easy for finance to keep track of spending and limits and easy for us to have the freedom to spend within our limits. It's great.
Sleek and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Pleo is just simple and nice-looking. Easy to upload receipts and do what you need to do. Love the virtual card that is connected to apple pay, makes it super easy to use the company card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything to be honest. I can perform all needed action from the app so I rarely use the website.
