No more hassle with paper tickets and better finance controlling
So much easier to handle expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it super easy to handle expenses just in time. Rather than gathering receipts and doing monthly reconciliation, you can do it on the fly by scanning and categorizing the expenses. Furthermore, as a manager, it is easy to approve the expenses of others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, except that convenience like this comes at a price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes me more productive in handling expenses. I only spend a couple of minutes a month processing my expenses.

Getting rid of receipts directly, not spending time looking for receipts - and getting a full overview.

Nothing, everything works as it should. I'm very satisfied with Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to spend time I really don't have, and keep saving a bunch of receipts for later registration or looking for them. I love that everything is digital.

Everything just works. There is literally no hassle ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are honestly no downsides. This is by far the easiest company cards we've ever had

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy system to use for everyone. The burden of collecting receipts and assigning expenses to account numbers is delegated to the people who know what's what. This is a huge timesaver for me in admin. And everything is easily imported into the financial system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hurdle is probably the price. It is a little on the expensive side to use Pleo if you are a small organization, where everyone needs to have a card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly saving time in the accounting work. And if you have a no-paper 100 % digital accounting it's nice not to have paper receipts lying around. Time that can be used on more important things... like leaving early :-)

I don't really dislike anything about the app or it uses.

Simplicity with ticketing when I'm traveling

Outages that don't allow you to use the wallet, although this is not a major dislike as it cannot be helped and you can always claim an expense later on.

Makes it easy to keep track of spending and it's extremely useful being able to upload receipts on the go.

- Ease of maintaining expenses in a timely form, so that delays so not pile up

Its very easy to use, and Pleo is keeping track of my expenses.

Nothing, so far. I can't think of anything that is not working.

The app is so simple to use, I also like the packaging of the card when I receive it.

It has an option to attach automatically the receipts, but it's not working for me.

It makes easy to manage all my invoices so I don't spend unnecessary extra time on it.
