Really easy to use and their mobile app works super.
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple that you learn to use it straight away.

Nothing to be honest. It's a really great tool so have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use my business card without having to keep track of receipts. After each purchase, i can easily upload the receipt for the finance team.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the forward to Pleo from email feature that matches expenses to receipts/invoices. The virtual card and integration with Apple Pay are also nice touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very frustrating when the forward to Pleo feature doesn't successfully match invoices/receipts to expenses. Additional work should be done on the machine learning algorithm used to match expenses to forwarded emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is solving the problem of expense tracking and receipt submissions.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's really good that you get a reminder to take a photo of the receipt and that it is very easy to understand and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't come up with anything right now. Really happy with Pleo!

I don't have to pay everything for work with my private card and then save and send in the receipt. Now it works way faster :)

The reminders about the receipts I owe, the ease of use and how visually appealing everything is. I really like using the plastic card in conjunction with the virtual card as well as the app where everything is tracked

I would love a notification if my card has been frozen, rather than trying to pay but it doesn't work

The problem of having to always submit expense forms and use my own cash first, and then getting reimbursed by my company

Simple layout and useful reminders make it easy to keep on top of expenses.

I'm struggling to think of anything negative

I no longer have to keep a separate record of my expenditure. It is all done automatically and kept in one place.
A truly effortless user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Using Pleo requires the least amount of thought possible on my part, which is exactly what I want. Automatically fetching receipts from email is very helpful, and obviously, Google Pay and Apple Wallet support is great
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two different payment cards for distinctly different uses, so if I'm not signed in to the account whose card I'm using, I don't get the neat little notification to snap the photo of the receipt. This is a small nitpick, but the only thing I thought to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it easy for me to connect a purchase transaction to a receipt for our accounting to process. On the go, everything can be done via the mobile app, and online you barely have to do anything. I don't have to carry the plastic card around, either.

What do you like best about the product?
Taking pics of receipts and categorizing the type of expense as per my company's guidelines saves a lot of time on travel expenses.
It is also very easy to access PIN, it is safe, and easy to manage features.

Time spent on travel expenses is such a time-consuming process, and that time I can spend on doing my actual work.
As well I frequently lose receipts, and this problem is solved by taking a picture right away.
With both problems solved, I get my money faster :)
