Pleo is a great business Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Receipt capture is a fantastic tool and really handy on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can sometimes crash and randomly log you out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a nightmare for loosing receipts when on business trips so its great to have them stored on the app with a quick picture
Great way for tracking company expenditure
What do you like best about the product?
Not having to use my personal card and claim back expenses and be out of pocket for a few days. This clearly keeps everything seperate and having it in apple wallet is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge amount to dislike. Sometimes it can be easy to mix up with personal card and have to sort out repayment, but that's more an issue with how apple pay works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being out of pocket or worrying about having to ask someone for the company card card details. Has just simplified life and made everything much more efficvient
Great solution for managing expenses
What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using Pleo for the past several years, as it allows me to easily track and upload expenses and receipts in the app and web.
This is a great solution compared to other services we have used in the past such as Expensify, as Pleo gives you a company card and tracks everything in the app.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the 'Fetch' email feature does not work as well as Expensify's equivalent feature, but that is a fairly minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is helping us minimize time on admin tasks, centralising all the expenses and receipts in one place, and giving our team an easy company card option.
Easy to use and gives a good visual of spend.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pleo is being able to add receipts easily and tag them to different accounts. I find it useful to also see how much has been spent and how much there is left available for the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle to find the log in page sometimes. I also think it would be useful if I could download old receipts that I have already uploaded. I don't have any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to spend money and inform finance immediately of what each spend was for. The virtual card is also really helpful as I don't always use the physical one.

Ease of use and rapidity of response - everything feels more or less instant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to actually be vigilant about record-keeping now!

Accounting now much more accurate, easier to watch and monitor spend. Expenses managed quickly and simply.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it super easy to track company expenses. It's great that I don't have to manually put through expenses via receipts anymore.

Nothing so far - implementation was straightforward and haven't encountered any issues.

Pleo is a pleasure to use. Friendly OS, efficient, and 0 fuss.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of use. No more complicated forms. Snapping a quick photo of the receipt and selecting the expense type is super easy. The app isn't busy or overcomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Pleo. I think that the app is flawless, they truly strive to make the user experience as seamless as possible, and I've never had any issues.

Pleo is solving the nightmare of submitting finance reports. No one likes doing them, and Pleo is the perfect little response to make the quality of life at work better.

What do you like best about the product?
App is pretty simple and it is easy to use. Really like that it reminds me to submit the receipts and the process is really easy too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you get a challenge the app doesn't know about them, unless you click on the notification. The app should know at all times, not rely on the push notification.
