Easy to use & nice UX
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very easy to use and intuitive, even for first-time users. It's fast to send the cost to be approved and easy to use for the approvers. I would recommend that to anyone who wants to track their expenses better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficulty sending money to my private card after the reimbursement. The process could be described in more detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is helping us to track expenses across all departments, and it gives a great breakdown of the type of costs so we can analyze spending better.
Easy,Quick and Intuative
What do you like best about the product?
I like the smooth process of uploading the receipits from the gallery on a phone or PDF. Then it's super helpful to categorise quickly for our finance team and ad a quick note.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to get the card details to make the purchase, you have to g on the app and click several different features before getting it. Then if you close your home screen, you lose that and have to go through the process again. It would be helpful to see the card details in apple wallet. Some websites such as Addison Lee when using Pleo don't connect properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the collation of recipients after business purchases so the finance team can correctly file. It also helps us as we have access in our business to more cards, rather than having to get necessary verifications to phones from the two cards we had previously in the company.

Nothing to dislike yet - everything so far is working perfectly

The mobile app freezes sometimes.

Great app for expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the layout of the app and the relief of finance not chasing me all the time

It can be a little clunky when opening regularly

I'm not having to submit all receipts at the end of the month, i do it as i go

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and log receipts - which makes it fast and efficient to pay with. It also groups together all your teams spend, so you can see what everyone is purchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on purchases, you have to log into pleo to accept the purchase before it processes. If you are already in the app, this then doesnt work, and you have to cancel the purchase, exit the app, and then try again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You dont have to keep all the receipts for days, because you can just snap a picture of it on the app. Also makes reconciliations easy, as all the receipts are already in one place - therefore quick to spot if any are missing.
Overall a good experience -if only it fetched my email receipts on a more regular basis
What do you like best about the product?
Perhaps the best feature is being able to photo/upload expenses receipts there and then. I also like how you can access account details, balance and be reminded of PIN number readily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo seems to be unable to fetch email receipts more often than not. I have even had one occasion where the wrong email was automatically attached

Pleo is a business card that is very easy to use and means I can keep on top of my expenses. Wish it was the same for my mileage claims!

What Pleo does is that it allows companies to be better at summarizing and tracking their expenses

Not to have to possibility to NOT have a receipt for an expense (although I might have missed that so far).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising the expenses of departments, single employees or groups in one application, collecting receipts for those expenses and more.

What do you like best about the product?
You can snap pictures of the receipt and upload them directly to the pleo app. This way, you save time with your invoices for the end of the month.

Sometimes it takes a while for purchases to update, but this could also be the provides fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all my purchases, I can easily go back and trace my purchases - I don't need any paperwork on my desk to keep me reminded of what I bought
