Intuitive and nice to use

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is very fast; you can contact them by chat.
You have both a plastic and a virtual card.
You can log in on the web with your PIN.
It is very visual.
You can have a lot of categories for your expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have expenses (or amounts that were refunded to you) that are missing receipts, they never disappear from your pending list, even when the admin has already processed the expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need in our company to keep our expenses in place, reviewed by the finance team. Furthermore, it is effortless to keep track of who made each expense and filter by date.

What do you like best about the product?
all in one place (mileage tool easy, also able to claim what couldn;t use card for simply by taking photos of receipts which is good)
What do you dislike about the product?
authorisation sometimes doesn't work with certain suppliers (which in one example means I can't book a taxi!)

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very self explanatory and easy to use. With helpful reminders that your receipts need loading up and easy choices to make when inputting the catagories, i couldn't recommend the app and company enough. They have made my experience of inputting expenses far easier than ever!
What do you dislike about the product?
When your own employer hasn't input the correct catagories already, it takes some back and forth but that isn't necessarily a fault of pleo - more a slower system configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops you having to wait for your accounts team to look over expenses, pay them and reload the expenses card manually. It saves time and helps me to be more organised as i don't have to hold onto receipts.

Great for small to medium size business

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to fetch receipts from emails by linking your business email account. An easy-to-use app that tracks your expenses and enables you to add manual receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could do with more options for expenses, like petrol etc. It would also be great to have the app personalised a bit more, the ability to sort payments into groups would also be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We opened PLEO for our business which sells apparel online, we also do POS on various shows, pleo account has enabled us to have an account for each member of the team and easily track everyone's spend.

What do you like best about the product?
It's automated process and reminders that help keep up with my expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind, everything is quite pleasent

What do you like best about the product?
Really attractuve UX interface, simple to use and the app works great, especially in that it fetches receipts from your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it cannot fetch receipts from your emails, but this is rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving a lot of middle man admin when submitting expenses.

Photographing receipts and not having to file them.

Cannot see anything I dislike about the system.

Don't have to hang onto receipts. Dont have to worry about the organisation of expenses. Saves a lot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent business tool that has simplified our Company cards processes, reduce admin time and enabling real time monitoring of its usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, everything is simple

Allows realtime monitoring of card expenses and reduces admin time with being able to add in photos of receipts immediately
