Easy, business friendly solution for expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see where expenses are coming from alongside uploading receipts to each expense for easy recollection
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, the tracking and reporting functions work well

It's streamlined the way we handle our expenses, from the initial spends to reporting

What do you like best about the product?
digital card that you can pay with where you go and the ability to photograph expenses. And the app works for verifying payments quickly. Other tools don't have actual epayment and receipts must be uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
no ability to do reporting is a downside. I'd like to be able to download my expense report into excel, for example. Also, sometimes the app is down and its unclear how i can make a payment when this is the case (but this is rare)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of expenses and ensuring fast and timely reimbursement when I am traveling or need to spend for my company. Definitely am able to do work faster with less back end admin.
With Pleo you don't have to advance expenses with your pocket
What do you like best about the product?
Pay expenses with the company wallet, the mileage is easy to calculate and with the app you can take a photo of the receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any drawbacks, but I would like avoid mileage approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You don't have to wait for the company to reimburse you for most of your expenses, so I no longer have to advance them
Easy to manage and no need to hold on to paper receipts

Instant feedback on the app and the ability to upload receipts immediately and the accounts department can review spending instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spending limits were set on the card which meant I couldn't pay for a business dinner on it. Not sure if this was set by PLEO or my accounts department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has resolved the issue of holding onto receipts and keeping paper records.
Great easy expense platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add receipts, easy to communicate with your team/manager and very simple to see which expense is which/which need more info or are missing receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you havent added a receipt and it gets blocked before you can add the receipt as it has been too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes each expense quick. Purchase an item, snap the receipt and then upload to Pleo. It's in live time and means that you're not out of pocket.

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app which allows quick time uploading of receipts via camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any I have come across so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing each employee the opportunity to operate their own expense accounts independently, increasing the speed at which decisions made can be acted upon. This also reduces the administrative work that is usually done by finance to have expenses approved and logged.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use for online spending, such as booking trains, taxis, flights and hotels. I also have the advantage of having a physical card too, for when I need to grab a bite to eat

There isnt much to dislike. All of the features I use work well and I havent come across anything that I would need that isnt already there. The only thing I would mention is that I'd like to be able to turn off the immediacy of the prompt for a receipt

There are a number of problems that we use Pleo for. The ease of adding expenses to the account means that I no longer have to go through the pain of logging each and every expense on a spreadsheet somewhere and Im assuming the team can get useful reports

The notification that comes immediately to remind you to snap a pic of your receipt

I don't think there's anything I dislike really. It's very fit for purpose.

It gives me an easy way to stay on top of expenses without worrying about cashflow

The app is very done; Pleo kept it simple and easy to use. Great UX overall.

Nothing much to say; I'm just happy with the way I use Pleo.

Reporting all my costs to my cost centers and getting a quick and easy overview.

Great app, works very well from the employee perspective
What do you like best about the product?
App based and website based which works quite well. Also like the fact that you get reminders for missing receipts/invoices. App is quite easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminders can be slightly annoying. Some vendors struggle with the payment verification on the virtual card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy way to reconcile expenses and purchases, which saves me some time.
