What do you like best about the product?
Pleo offers excellent service with a highly professional and responsive team. Any issues are resolved within minutes, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Their efficiency and customer focus truly stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far — the service has been consistently outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo helps quickly resolve small technical issues, such as login difficulties or topping up the account. Their fast response time means minimal disruption to my work and a smoother overall experience.
Pleo has helped us to digitally record and manage our travel expense reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo impresses with an intuitive user interface and supports our employees in quickly and easily recording meal allowances and private expenses. By using Pleo credit cards, relevant payment information is automatically captured and only needs to be completed with a few additional details and the corresponding receipt. Particularly noteworthy is the integrated reminder function, which makes manual inquiries unnecessary. This leads to a noticeable relief for both the accounting department and our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, technical problems occur that can temporarily restrict certain functions. However, these are usually identified promptly and quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recording and management of travel expenses was previously associated with a high manual effort. Through the digital and automated processes of Pleo, this effort could be significantly reduced and the entire process greatly simplified.

Since our company is based in Europe, Pleo truly understands and provides services that align with European regulations. It integrates seamlessly with our accounting system, making our work much easier.
Pleo also offers all the features we need to manage our company expenses efficiently. We used to rely on multiple expense apps, but now we’ve replaced them all with Pleo — it’s compact, convenient, and powerful.
What I appreciate most is the support team. Whenever I encounter an issue, I receive quick and effective help, and our account manager is always highly responsive.

Like many other tech solutions, Pleo occasionally experiences technical issues. However, these are within a reasonable tolerance, and thanks to their excellent support team, we’re always reassured that problems will be resolved quickly. I also see plenty of potential for further improvements, and I look forward to seeing Pleo continue to grow — and growing together with them.

Pleo is truly a one-stop solution for managing company expenses. It saves us time, money, and a lot of headaches by reducing the need for multiple separate apps. With Pleo, all our expense tracking and spending are well-organized in one place. Employees are happier too, as they face fewer obstacles when managing their expenses — from submitting receipts to getting approvals, everything is smoother and faster. Overall, it streamlines our processes, improves accuracy, and keeps both the finance team and employees satisfied.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very user-friendly and requires very little from employees managing expenses. The interface is minimalistic and still gives all the information you need as a user. Implementation is also very easy, and support is easy to reach if ever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wonder about platform security, as you log in with just a password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo automatically log all purchases, and often fetches the receipt in the email inbox. The process for booking costs to various accounts is super simple, as is the approvals process.

What do you dislike about the product?
For the team that's traveling a lot it's worth the price, but for the team that travels only 1-4 per year it's too expensive. So they don't have a pleo account. Paying per use can be very expensive.

Great UX and fast product improvements, solving real Finance problems

Sometimes the team is prioritizing new features over building existing features e2e.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated our entire accounts payable side with Pleo; from reimbursing employees, managing expenses via vendor cards to paying incoming invoices. Additionally, the regular vendors tab is great for monitoring and managing existing subscriptions.
An easy-to-use payment processing tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very intuitive. Especially it's automated function regarding invoice processing is useful for everyday use, shortening the amount of time spent on invoice processing and thus freeing up time for other obligations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Pleo only exports invoices to DATEV or as an excel sheet after they've been paid. That makes sense from the perspective of Pleo as a payment tool, but as a finance manager in communication with, for example, an external accountant or tax advisor, it means added communicative workload to make sure that the invoices are connected with the correct time frames.

Pleo allows the field staff to have finance available if they need urgent equipment or accommodation funds.

The best thing is to be able to reconcile your expenses in real time as soon as you have made your purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it frustrating that I could not speak to a real person on the telephone when I had an issue recently. I did manage to resolve the issue on my own, but it took a lot longer than if I had spoken to a customer support agent at the time.

I can now submit my company experiences in real time and make sure receipts are not misplaced causing problems to reconcile my expecnces
