Hassle free and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's just easy. The app is truly amazing. I also appreciate the simple yet upfront communication regarding missing receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing yet, really. I'm an employee, so haven't seen the whole system, but haven't heard anything negative from my employer, quite the opposite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for smaller purchases without having to hold on to endless receipts.

Probably the logo could change to be more friendly, but for all the rest, nothing! it's already perfect

Very easy setup and a simple work flow makes Pleo a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Snapping a picture of a receipt should work with volume up/down buttons, like my regular camera app does.

No need for keeping hard copies of receipts and great overview of expenses in my department
Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to add receipts, and some of the places I purchase items don't require a receipt because they are recognized by Pleo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish face ID worked better. It asks for my pin a lot but I would much rather face ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is definitely helping businesses keep track of company expenses, especially where they need to be tracked.
Good business account for easy spending
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to keep track of business expenses, and using the built-in receipt manager is great. Also the ability to pay back money owed to yourself is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can be a bit temperamental. It sometimes crashes and freezes for me. This can be frustrating when mid-transaction. Sometimes the integration of sending files to the app doesnt work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes account management easier and improves the ability of the company to keep on top of VAT receipts and expenses dedicated to specific projects. By putting the burden on the user, it makes them more likely to keep up to date with account tasks.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use, after I purchase something I just take a pic. It helps me get track of my expenses in the notes sections I put notes to help me remember why I made that expense.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Pleo card

Getting all the receipts and purchases in one place and it makes it easier to get a good overview.It's a time-saving tool and very easy to use it. Take a picture and upload it no paper receipt required which is a good one.

What do you like best about the product?
That Pleo saves me time and takes expense management to the next level. I appreciate the fetch and reminder functions, and I recently discovered the summary function!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to my mind that could be improved is for fetch to sense the difference between a receipt and a booking confirmation.

Pleo makes expense management easy and saves me a lot of time!
Simple, Intuitive and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The web and IOS interfaces are clean and simple making the whole experience easy and intuitive. The IOS app notifies me when I've made a purchase and, within two clicks, I have taken a picture of the receipt. It's a real time saver. It's so easy that I don't mind doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am based in the US and work for a company based in Europe. On occasion, it can make purchases more difficult but, it's the exception. Overall, every thing works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being so easy to use, PLEO makes it easy for me to keep up with the expenses in real-time which is a massive time-saver. I have used other applications in the past and avoided using them because they were cumbersome. I would then get off the road and have to catch up with my expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use ui and app make payment management via pleo super easy. The pleo application keeps you accountable by reminding you to add receipt for your business purchases. I would recommend pleo to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be transparent I have only used pleo for 2 months but so far nothing at the moment that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes managing employee expenses easy. Not having to fill out cumbersome excel documents to then send to finance for reimbursement is awesome.
