My Review of Pleo card

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fact that there is both a digital and physical card. This means that when I'm on the go with clients I can use the physical card with a simple approval through my app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expensing of receipts seems pretty straight forward however I did notice it only accepts files as opposed to images which can sometimes be difficult considering there are sometimes screenshots instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Pleo is solving is acting as both a business card for smaller purchases as well as an expense card for anything else relating to my role including taking clients out for drinks.

Intuitive and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is easy to use and has a visually pleasing interface. The Fetch feature means that I don't even need to think about uploading my digital receipts, as everything is automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am really having to rack my brain to think of something I dislike and I'm having a hard time coming up with anything. The Pleo app works so seamlessly behind the scenes that I don't even notice it is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo solves the problem of expenses being a boring administrative task. Pleo simply removes the task from my to-do list by automating all of my expenses and receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use and very clean looking - in keeping with what I expect from a modern fintech brand. Trustworthy but chic is how I would best describe the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited set of features. It would be useful if I could see the amount of money left on my card that was available for me to spend. At present I only know once Im out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevents me needing to expense things on my personal card and allows me to easily upload expenses to the app. Unsure if it works well across multiple teams but as we grow that is essentail.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and versatile, logging expenses doesn't have to be a long-winded process anymore and can be done on the fly in real-time. The fact that you can also claim mileage on it is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only piece of constructive feedback I could give is that when logging mileage, it automatically calculates the route that Google Maps suggests as opposed to that which might have been actually travelled, potentially therefore being a different distance actually covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am never left out of pocket as an employee.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and receipts are all in one place. Support has always been helpful when i have needed them. The virtual card makes live really easy to manage spending and cancel if lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can sometimes be slow and request i sign in multiple times before I can get in to use it. Outside of this Pleo has very few issues that i have experienced personally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes keeping company finances in one place without having to look all over the place with receipts. As a result i don't need to spend lots of time keeping hold of receipts

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy and user friendly, takes alot of time and hassle out of the process

sometimes the way you need to add in a category is confusing or overwheling in terms of options

they are sovling the problem of keeping track of receipts and making the spending process much for streamline for making busniess payments or job related costs

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Being able to see what you are spending in real time and add receipts for your manager/accounts team to review. There is no chasing of expenses and flimsy receipts. It just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to chase your accounts team to 'top up the pleo pot'. Not knowing if there is enough money 'on the card' for a busy week of travel ahead. Recently there is a glitch on the app where I can't directly upload a screenshot to the app; it has to be saved as a photo and added separately within the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses in one place; being able to categorise expenses with ease, e.g. travel vs office costs. Quickly able to pay for team members' lunches/travel when with them.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to set up. Love the simplicity of adding receipts, especially since it connects to your email and automatically pulls them in.
It's also super easy to upload other receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one. I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me save so much time. No more trying to match business costs or spending hours in an expenses system.
