Really easy interface and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can assign any cost as soon as you've made a transaction, you don't have to wait till you get a statement at the end of the month and then try to remember what each item was and who for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of times that the card hasn't worked when abroad leaving a few colleagues in a difficult situation, but this has been 3 times over the space of a year of using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with budgeting and coding of expenses for each person across multiple projects that share staff, which saves massive confusion at month ends when reconciling costs
Easy as a user and manager
What do you like best about the product?
The settings for each individual user account is so easy to amend and the changes are made immediately. I can increased the purchase maximum and total limit available to each member of staff easily and quickly. The app is helpful when individuals are having issues with their card (for example if it's blocked in a foreign country) and so this helps when issues occur outside of office hours. I am able to review team spends easily, and managers are able to leave comments about spends and request for receipts. The web version is great when working at a computer, and makes attaching receipts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues of people's card's being blocked while abroad which has caused a little concern. However these individuals have been able to resolve the issue pretty quickly within the app - which is much better than a customer services number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy for work teams to spend money while working abroad - it's safer than taking cash, and it's easier the reconcile spends as there's no possibility of loosing spare change or receipts. As soon as you pay for something, you take a photo of the receipt and it's saved. Also the fetch function makes it easier to pair receipts from my work email inbox in to the spends on the Pleo app.
Saved lots of time and hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Not only has Pleo really helped take all the hassle and admin away from managing expenses (for me as a leader and the team), it has also empowered us to provide the team with company cards, that they value, and provides the business instant transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very, very occasional card users may be a cost harder to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense management, transparency of spend, time on accounting.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to take a picture at the time of purchase makes it a lot easier especially when you're busy. Apple Pay is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will say that a picture is saved but if you don't have enough signal it won't save it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we have to write expense reports each month for our credit cards, this is so much faster and receipts don't get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves my time by automating a very boring thing to do, while it is also a very necessary thing to be on top of

The inbox bot is still missing out on some invoices.

New to Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the process. The simplicity of paying. The simplicity of the app. The simplicity of the virtual card. So very easy. And so very simple. The competitors cannot come near Pleo for it's simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside I have encountered as a brand-new user. Everything is so easy to understand that I can't see how they can make it more straightforward. No improvements are necessary at this moment in time. Perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy payments. Logging receipts. Creating expenses. Doing all this through the app stops the lengthy process of submitting receipts/job numbers and, more importantly, keeping track of expenses.

Easy to use, to top up balances, submit receipts etc. very user friendly

Nothing so far - could be good to get more notifications of low balances

What do you dislike about the product?
I often travel and therefore am swapping numbers. Every so often, I need to verify again using my number and have to get in touch with the account admin to adjust this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me from having to pay for work expenses on my card and then filling out a long expense form to claim the funds back
Easy way to manage expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Main upside is being able to snap a picture of the receipt there & then and just forget about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the card is rejected and we cannot identify the root cause.

Hassle of keeping receipts and then spending time making expense claims.

Simple to use, some great features like fetching invoices from inbox.

Reminders to add invoices are really annoying sometimes! Especially when you get a phone notification and email at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to pay from department-specific items from a centralised pot of money. Much easier to use in store as well as online compared to other cards we've tried.
