Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Just how easy it is to upload your receipts!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is TFL travel takes a while to show up, it could be something on their end, but that's a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to see precisely and quickly how much is spent on one project.
Useful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
When there is an issue, a real person gets back to you within good time and honestly wants to solve the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't approve a purchase quick enough but I understand this may be a safety thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use a company card that can be both virtual or physical depending on the requirements
Love Pleo, very ideal and efficient especially, in particular the adding receipts and account codes.
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, easy on the eye, meaning it is easier to keep an eye on the money left. I also like the fact that with the virtual card you can link this to the wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not capture images correctly, I always have to take a photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

highly like to recommend colleagues and friends
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the expenses are logged in the pleo app, it helps me keep business and personal transactions separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the physical plastic pleo card doesn't work overseas, and several of our filming teams haven't been able to withdraw money

Pleo is helping us make very quick transactions
Easy to use and no more monthly huge reconciliations
What do you like best about the product?

No monthly reconciliations
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much customer care contact, would be good for a chat function on the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of who has spent what rather than one central credit card used by multiple users
Very user friendly easy way to manage spend and expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Live up to date transactions with easy to view balances
What do you dislike about the product?
Website can be a bit temperamental sometimes.
When filtering the payments without receipts it could sometimes un click it meaning you have to scroll through all again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to group together our own cost centres and challenging payments made that weren't required.

Easily the simplest and most straightforward Payment/Credit Card System I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It's what I expect from a modern payment system: a very clear and straightforward design makes it so simple to use and follow; well done. Finally, a UI that is clean and intuitive to follow with little to no instructions, I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only fault I have had so far was a refund that isn't linked to the original purchase so it still hassles me for a receipt; possibly due to the transaction being in a different currency (USD), therefore it can't link directly on value due to exchange rate differences? could you add the feature to link to a refund to cancel out the requirements for receipts or even partial refunds... keeps it cleaner for the Finance/Account team(s).

My company currently has a policy of 2 incorrect personal expenses and you can't use it again, not properly thought through, in my view. It should be an option that you can add at least 1 other Credit/Debit card or payment method (Paypal etc) to the Pleo system that then allows expense mistakes to be corrected simply with a few clicks in the App. In the world of modern payment devices, Phones, Watches etc it can be a genuine error that this situation occurs, put the power back in the hands of the End-user to rectify these errors, and if needs be, charge the end user for the mistake. The charging piece could be optional for the Company or the End user to agree upon at sign-up.
Provide personalised sign-up agreements that require end-users to agree to their additional Company policies around expenditure.
Add simple rule sets that allow Companys to enforce their expenditure limits at the app; this again could then still allow the transaction to go through but with the end-user picking up the rest of the bill (additional amount over the expenditure limit) with one of their personal Payment methods. End-users don't want to be blocked when doing a transaction "in the moment", but it would save a load of arguments and headaches when justifying the expenditures that the Company providing the End-user with the Pleo service to have the ability to just pay via their Payment methods. No more making confusing weekly/monthly Payslip adjustments... they are very painful and expensive !!!
Enforce the App to do 2FA per transaction at POS (Point of Sale) when a set limit has been breached, another check and balance for those Anti-fraud teams; these limits could be adjustable by the Company offering the end-user the Pleo solution even to the point of blocking certain merchants/suppliers of services that don't fit normal spending patterns, with of course an option at POS to switch the funds from another payment method... Pleo still does the transaction and can make on the fees for using another payment service from the End-user.

Helpful Business Card
What do you like best about the product?
It makes paying for company expenses, such as lunches or office supplies, super easy and quick. Doesn't require employees to have access to sensitive card details that might belong personally to the company director / COO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to say about the negatives. There has been an occasional drop in service, but it's easy to see whether this is a Pleo issue or our side through Pleo's status tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows individual members of the company to put any expenses through on Pleo rather than fronting the costs themselves and invoicing for this later. Saves time on chasing and submitting invoices.
Quick and easy

What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't capture all incoming receipt emails.
