Easy way to keep track of out-of-pocket expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and has a very nice looking interface in both web and mobile app. It also connects seamlessly with the legitimations app such as Bank ID and Fortnox. I was really looking for something like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to integrate it with more apps and also track other expenses coming from other subsidiaries or countries. I am not sure if I can do that right now but it is not something I've seen so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of out-of-pocket expenses. Since I work as a Business Manager, I was previously handling this type of expense by using Google sheets and receipts would be sent to my email, which was quite annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an integrated platform for both traveling and saving money in terms of fees. Flexible with the number of users. Very helpful for all the corporate and track all the expenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all companies accept Pleo yet. Waiting for most of the merchants to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company card with individual spending limits.
Give your users personalized physical and virtual Pleo cards, while controlling spending limits, getting real-time overviews, and reviewing expenses.

Great product and customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to keep track of all receipts in the company and to keep an overview of expenses. Their customer service has been phenomenal when I have encountered any issues.
We use Pleo for all employees, who have their own debit card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many disadvantages to mention. The web-app can sometimes be a little buggy and ask me to log in several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of receipts without using a service like Pleo is a nightmare. That is the main benefit. It also let's me hand out personal company credit cards to our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very helpful in that it helps keep track of all your spending, the fact you can take a picture of your receipt helps to keep track of them and gives you piece of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many downsides with using the system as long as you follow all instructions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It means that spending within the business I am in in clearly tracked and you are able to chase people for receipts in a much clearer manner

What do you like best about the product?
The app is super simple and it reminds me to upload expense documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. We had an issue that we couldn't use Wise to transfer funds to our Pleo account but that was solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create virtual cards and track expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo automatically grabs the invoices from email and also allows you to upload custom PDFs and snap images. This makes the whole process of submitting invoices very smooth. It also works well with digital wallets like Google & Apple Pay, which makes it very convenient to pay merchants with a tap.

I also love their visual design language, it's very minimal and free of clutter. The playfulness removes the stress from the finance app. Kudos to their design team on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we also received a physical card for in-person expenses as the tap sometimes doesn't work with all the merchants.

I also use the Pleo card to buy subscriptions & products for my team members from the Learning Budget. It would be easier if Pleo provided a way to share limited access with my team members so they can manage their expenses themselves. This will save me the additional logistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it very easy to manage cross-team expenses. It has reduced the friction from the whole process of making team expenses and then get reimbursed.

What do you like best about the product?
Reminder there and then to take a photo of a receipt and upload rather than waiting to do it later.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have found. very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving back time to focus on core tasks , and not having to worry about out of pocket expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, efficient to add receipts to any charges and the use on mobile devices, smart watches etc. really makes it a no-brainer
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I can think of, maybe an approval process could be added in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over complication with expenses process, also employees being out of pocket until expenses are run.

Great if you only have issues during CET

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use is most circumstances. Freezing the card is instant and unfreezing is as well, which is great as a user. They also provide both a physical and a digital version of the card for use in different scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it works, but ultimately they are limited by their customer service hours which is Sweden CET. Disputing a charge is also not ideal. It's not a direct relationship with the network i.e. Mastercard or Visa, so they are acting on your behalf when you have an issue. That obfuscation is not good if you want control over issues that pop up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of the company issuing a credit card to certain employees and enables the account administrator to set a monthly budget limit. This level of control is useful if you need to ensure you don't go over budget in any given month.

Not accepted at all retailers, sometimes rejected when making purchases on US sites

Easy to use, easy to reconcile. Great when being on location in lieu of cash float.
