Easy and reliable

That it is not possible to filter by amount in missing receipts

The company handles expenses. Avoid having to attach all receipts as some parts are automated.

What do you like best about the product?
PLEO is brilliant - Not much more to say!
You get the opportunity to store your receipts centrally and send all receipts directly to your accounting system.
You even get a notification when you need to scan receipts - it doesn't get easier than that.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it doesn't hook up directly with one's bank account like, for example, the Curve card. You can set up automatic top-up so there is always a balance, but there is some transfer time before the money is on the PLEO account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PLEO has solved my problems with stacks of receipts that I would normally have to record or send to my accountant - I don't need to do that now! It's super smart!
Pleo is the best expense management system
What do you like best about the product?
The easy usability, and the fast speed of prompting for receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No integration on the mileage system to local tax bureau.

Pleo is a tool our employees love to use. It makes travelling and company spending super efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo reduces a lot of manual work for our employees travelling and our accounting team dealing with all credit card spendings and travel expenses occurring in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love the product but it has its price. I do not like the fx fees for payments in foreign currencies. A plus is the cash back Pleo has introduced so you can minimize the monthly subscription costs.

We can give our employees the possibility and power to spend within their budget. They do not have to manually finalize their credit card statements every month.
As easy as it gets
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integration with BC365 and the intuitive user interface. The reimbursement feature is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users having to enter country every time without possibility of defaulting e.g. to Denmark

Expense management went from a pile of papers to process and painful tasks of reimbursements to a simple and very timesaving task

It's so much easier to manage expenses, when you have employees with their own cards!

That you cannot change your email in fetch.

An easy way to manage budgets, give autonomy to staff members, deal with merchants etc

Mobile app does not function so well. Switching between accounts can be an issue

I really don't see any downsides compared with "old way" of doing things.

Easy management of all receipts and bookkeeping hereof. Minimal need to go around "chasing" lost receipts in the organization.
