Great tool but there is still room for improvement.

Handy app (control balance left, upload quick receipts)
An easy way for admin to have control over the spending limits and adjust them according to the needs quickly and directly

What do you dislike about the product?
It is time-wasting adding the cost center (tags) every time for every transaction that happens every month for the same subscription. It would be useful for the tags that their last assigned choice is saved and then automatically to appear on the next transaction.
Also, it would be better if the users had the option to add the TAX amount on their own. This could save time for the admins.
It would be useful to have a more helpful "Subscriptions" tab report with more info that the admins can export to analyse if needed.
It would be interesting to add a feature where reminders for missing receipts are sent to the users to ensure that they add them on time.

It contributes a lot by offering a friendly app that users can use.

Well-organized tool for company credit cards
What do you like best about the product?
Easy management of the cards, quick upload of the receipt, good app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, there was no function for managing invoices, this has now been added and so there are almost no wishes left unfulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of expenses, allocation of budgets, simpler cost overview.
It is an amazing tool for users to upload their expenses but it needs improvements

Userfriendly and easy to use on the go with the mobile app

The integration with Xero had had some problems in the past when expenses were posted twice. And the analytics/reporting tools are too basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and the integration with Xero saves everyone a lot of time imputing expenses. With +200 employees there are lots of expenses
Great time saver, easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has saved me so much time when it comes to processing the company's expenses; chasing people for receipts is a thing of the past. Fetch means that the vast majority of online purchases have their receipts auto-attached to the expense, and the app makes uploading in-person purchase receipts super easy. It also feeds directly into our finance software which was very easy to set-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a time saver, being able to add a bit more detail to expenses (VAT) before they are exported into Xero would make it even better.

Business card purchase data uploads - used to do all this manually.

The ability for my team to get reimbursed immediately.

The lack of simple approval systems for my team. It's missing a level of control.

Pleo removes team access from the main account and allows them to reduce expense burden.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has changed our business for the better. It has made dealing with expenses and credit cards so much quicker. Everyone in our office loves using it.
I'm looking forward to using the invoicing facility as this will make things even easier for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It's just great. We all love it! There is nothing I can complain about at all. It transformed our business for the better. I'm looking forward to seeing what they bring out next!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo has helped to streamline the expenses process. We used to use corporate credit cards, which was very time-consuming to process. Pleo now takes up a few minutes each day to make sure everyone is up to date, and that is it!
It's fine with PLEO, but som small challenges
What do you like best about the product?
It's smart, and my colleagues can do a lot of the work by them self, so I just have to check them. Plus they got a notifikation, every time the buy somthing, wich means that I don't have to remind them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a number of challenges with the integration between PLEO and our accounting system e-conomic. Which has led to some discontent among my colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo has generally solved the problem of a lot of attachments that people can't find. Here it is easy and fast that you can take a picture of your voucher immediately and put it into the app.

I feel like the nitifications promptiong for reciepts used to be instant back in the good old days, and now they are not

Export is occassionally a bit jammy- especially when you have opened the receipt

Giving team members autonomy to spend money wisely and in line with our policies
