Great productivity tool with some potentials to improve

What do you like best about the product?
I do not miss uploading any receipts to DATEV, and all numbers are synchronized correctly to DATEV.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fetching receipts from E-Mail does not work most of the time and requires access to the mailbox instead of e.g. just forwarding receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly improved my communication with my bookkeeper.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can see all withdrawals and not manually have to go through everything (the old fashion way)
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit unflexible with representation and a bit buggy, things do often go wrong with exports to Fortnox and with VAT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time since almost everyone at our company has a credit card. Before, we got an invoice from our bank and had to manually cross-check the received receipts. Took soooo long.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to pay for things. It's even easier to be reimbursed as you're no longer paying with your own money. There are advantages for our finance team as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a bit more transparency (or examples) on why to upgrade. Which benefits follow?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so easy to pay for things. It's even easier to be reimbursed as you're no longer paying with your own money. I can easily plan and pay for sales trips without spending my own money. I can also see what my team is buying - allowing me to stop them in time if I see a poor rate on e.g. hotels.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is an easy way to pay when you are in store or online. It is also easy to view what your employees use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be nice if Pleo could look in more than one mail-box for receipts

You have control over what your employees use, and you can follow it on the fly

What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant for project accounting - easy to allocate spending to projects and nominal accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to be able to update project lists automatically rather than manual uploads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using bank provided credit cards previously led to delays on processing monthly spends as reconciliations and posting to Xero were laborious - now we can keep the accounts up to date daily or weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to have control over spending and the grab now feature and reminders for missing receipts areeally helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the request authorisation pop up doesnt come through and so you have to retry a few times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ensuring there is control over spending, no expense forms are required and there is a clear and efficient system for purchasing

What do you like best about the product?
To have an overview of expenses and easy to use upload of expense receipts, I especially like the fetch function that collects the receipts automatically from your mailbox. The administration also works great, easy to add people to the team and order new payment cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive handling of refunds sent to the account, as we use the cards for test-bookings sometimes. Would be nice not to have to upload invoices on testbookings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an overview of expenses, there's not so much back and fourth talk with colleagues about expenses, missing receipts etc. Not having to handle every purchase centrally, as the person who needs to buy whatever, does everything themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct upload of invoices. Before, there was always chaos with lost invoices and the accounting department was having a crisis. With Pleo, we now have a good process for directly entering invoices. Just take a picture right after the purchase and that's it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I find the web interface not user-friendly enough; I often search for functions, and that slows me down in my work. But the interface is being continuously improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through direct receipt entry, we no longer have chaos with receipts. Additionally, expense tracking has helped us a lot so far to keep an eye on our costs.
