Pleo is a very good and affordable service
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is a very easy and affordable service for us as a non profit organization. The things we like best is the ability to do payments online, the Pleo Pocket feature and the direct integration with our accounting service.
We also like the customer support very much and have had good experience with that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its honestly hard to find anything to dislike about Pleo. There are some features that we think can get better in the Pleo Pocket feature and the feature of getting the receipt automatically attached to the right cost (Pleo Feth) is not working for all kind of receipts but this is not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can use debit cards with an affordable cost and that the money is separated from our bank account which makes it more safer. The biggest thing Pleo contributes to is a lot of time saved from the accounting part which mean less time for us and a lower cost from our accounting firm.
The best decision EVER. We have saved so much time and trouble from our previous system to Pleo.
What do you like best about the product?
The feeling that it is a plug-and-play solution. Onboarding did not take that long and we were ready to use the cards instantly when we had transferred the money to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has been on Pleo in what we would say is the trial and error period, where we have tried the early multi-entity solution, which has been a pain sometimes. But we are very pleased with the help we have gotten from Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is making it more explicit about who is responsible for delivering what. Our accountants used to spend so much time checking in on people and reminding them to provide copies of their expenses etc.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can forward the receipts and invoices you receive to a Pleo email and it automatically matches the receipt to the purchase that you made. That the UI of the app is very slick and easy to use. That you don't have to use your own personal money to pay for things and then get reimbursed by the employer later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get reminders of needing to upload my receipts but it doesn't indicate the deadlines of when I need to upload them by. Also sometimes I forget to take pictures of my receipts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo eliminates the problems of tedious legacy systems where the process of uploading receipts is a headache.
I am generally very happy with pleo.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about PLEO is that you don't have to remember your paper receipts. It is super smart and fast that you can easily take a picture of your receipt. Whether you're on the move, out and about or something completely different. Then PLEO just works brilliantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
At State of Green (which is the company I work for), we have quite a few project modules. And with our accounting e-conomic, there are a few problems with the connection with PLEO. Unfortunately, this also means that all our blocked cost numbers will be included in PLEO. This is, for obvious reasons, not particularly appropriate, as it happens that it is easy to make mistakes in the posting. Which our accounting department is understandably not too happy about.
In addition, I once experienced abroad that my app did not pop up immediately with an expense, it was also a bit annoying when I then had to go and save on a physical attachment.
In addition, setting up my email to PLEO so that I can send attachments directly does not work either, plus I often have to log in several times.

Especially in connection with missing attachments. Here, PLEO is again easy and quick to use and it's just super smart. In addition, it is also easier for our accounting department to keep track of what we spend money on. In addition, you can easily draw analyzes from the PLEO app and look back at what the money has been spent on, it is very easy. In addition, you can get your card on your mobile, which means that you don't always have to carry your physical card.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and it reminds you to attach a copy of your receipt after every purchase. A big plus is that you can use it for free or a paid plan, which allows you to try it out from the start.

I wouldn't say there are any big dislikes. However, we hoped there would be more charts of accounts as a default. It can get confusing for users who aren't used to accounting.

We can now distribute cards for our colleagues, which benefits us so that we do not have to get in touch every time a purchase needs to be made. It also cuts down on our accounting time which helps us to focus on our main priorities.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration part with e-conomic is a great feature and makes booking much more accessible. Also, fetching of receipts from the phone or e-mail is very useful.

At times the integration function does not work properly and the action needs to be repeated several times. You must be careful in that case to have receipts registered twice.

Pleo solves the problems of having receipts in many different places and the risk of loosing them during travels. It also heps to keep track of what kind the expenses you have.
Highly recommend for business users!
What do you like best about the product?
As an employer, it's easy to reconcile and view purchases for various projects. Each person can take responsibility for receipts if you have a small business without a finance dept. It's easy to use as you go on the app, and the support is responsive if there are any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've found that could be improved is when hiring cars, rental companies want a card with the person's name on it. Pleo cards don't have individual names. It's not a dealbreaker but I would appreciate if this was fixed.

We're a small business so we don't have a finance dept to manage purchases and reconciling for projects when they're finished. Each employee recons their own purchases as they go ready for exports when the project ends.

What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward to use, from an accounting and user perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had issues with duplicates being exported to Xero, I also think the analytics could be improved.
