Great system for house finances
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use , The reminders to upload the receipts once you make a purchase, also love the receipt scanner that was recently added that will scan the receipt and make crop it to the receipt size itself
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find that sometimes the app doesn't accept a the pin or password or automatically tell us when there is an update available and I've found when an update is available but not installed that's when we have the login issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep a real time account of house finances and keeping inline with budgeting policies in place on our residential houses. Sending us reminders to upload the receipts so that they are readily available for audit purposes
Perfect for business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly and always keeps me up to date with what I've spent. Notifications for when I need to upload my expenses. Brilliant app. Nothing compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they're needs to be more options when selecting what type of expense it is. Possibly add your credit card for reimbursement rather than debit. Accept different cards

Saves hassle of saving expenses for the end of the month. Saves paper. Don't have have to keep invoices as it's all digital. Saves time as well which is perfect

Before we had tradional cards and it was a nightmare if staff joined or left, this makes it way easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be quite a few outages on the platform

we have a large team and cards can be controlled / issued / rejecected by an admin on our team. It makes things a lot safer and smoother.

That it's fully self serve and works like any other personal digital card

The reciept extention for email reciepts don't allways find the reciepts in my emails so sometimes I need to add them manually

It is quick and reliable. No more keeping receipts and getting bogged down with paperwork.

I haven't found any downside. It is working perfectly for me.

The app is slick, easy to use and everything in a very "obvious" place compared to some other banking style apps.
The push feature for pulling invoices/ reciepts from a linked mailbox is super handy, more so when you're in a rush.
The prompt for taking pictures of recipets also a helpful reminder.
The millage feature for claiming back on company car use also very slick.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was an update recently that broke the mileage feature for all the users in our tenant, but this was resolved in a few days.
Improvements perhaps in testing but otherwise no issues.

The amount of users we have running on it, makes it a much easier system to manage on the whole.
