Great way to deal with any payments in your company

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is easy to use, intuitive and allows you to communicate with your finance team effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need of categorizing the expenses. I sometimes don't know which category should I add expenses to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is great at avoiding me to deal with invoices and receipts, it saves me a lot of emails with finance. EVerything happens in the app and that is just great.

Exporting system: too complicated for the admins to export. No option to connect to SAGE

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of Pleo it is intuitive and immediate. Great to have one place where receipts, event attendees, description and account can be captured. I never need to make time to process expenses, as I now complete them in the moment!
What do you dislike about the product?
Clarity between what the company available funds are verses an individuals' available funds.
Showing the spend of my team's reports in the same list as my own spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves having to process expenses and match receipts to card invoices. Instead it integrates the transaction with the reporting and allows you to do this at the moment of incuring the expense, when it's fresh in my mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very much easy and straightforward to use, hence no need to complicate ourselves on training. The app is also great! My opinion is as both user and administrator (just to add as below there is only one option as primary role.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not integrated yet to Netsuite. However we already know that this is a work in progress, so hopefully soon there won't be anything I dislike about Pleo. ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the number of emails with copies of receipts and invoices when using the company card as everything is uploaded on the app. Also, reduces our work on chasing for information on company expenses as all the details is set up in Pleo by the users. Also, very easy to make changes on the users, like the card limits, in case of one-off situations for example when our users need to have an increased limit for a one-off purchase. In case of any new user, it is very quick to add them and order their new card, not to mention about the virtual card which is great as it can be used until the plastic card is delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy way to report expenses. After trying so many other services I am very happy that my company have found something that works flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo could use more automations. Cool feature would be to allow personal expenses done on company cards to be covered with company expenses done with personal cards. Kinda, playing around with finds to help out the accountants.

Absolute transformation

What do you like best about the product?
Once you have photographed a receipt and allocated the expense, the receipt can go straight in the waste bin and no matter where you are in the world the accounts department back at home have got the receipt on this system and the allocation already done. Once you have done the allocation once it's good to go every time after that.
The fetch system is great and saves a lot of time not having to save receipts from your inbox on to Pleo as it does this automatically.
When you're a busy men out and about on the road the Pleo has truly transformed admin for us for company purchases including train tickets, parking, refreshment and subsistence receipts. Gone are the days when we land up with a wallet at the end of a month which is bursting with receipts, trying to remember what some of them are for and then trying to find a way to get the envelope of receipts back to the head office for the accounts department to store in an archive file… everything is done and dusted online and easy to find.
The milage system integrated with Google maps?....is also fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features of Pleo are so useful that when they don't work it feels like a downside…Fetch is one of these features that doesn't work for some emails/email receipts.
The other frustration is that unfortunately there are times and certain online companies that will not accept the Pleo cards and I have had to load Pleo cards onto PayPal to get them to work… and then PayPal stopped working with Pleo cards for some accounts. This was especially the case for the virtual Pleo card. To this day I still cannot use Pleo to pay for Apcoa Parking on the app… I always have to phone Apcoa Parking, pay for parking over the phone using my saved Pleo card… and then use the app to download the invoice and to save to the Pleo app because it will not fetch it from my inbox.
Even when paying for something very small I will very regularly be asked to insert Pleo card into a card machine instead of touch free payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving time, getting receipts sorted very soon after the payment is made, eliminating a build up of receipts when you are out and about and then a huge lump to sort at the end of a month. Immediate allocation of expense

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that all spending on Pleo automatically creates and expenses entry, and the user can upload or photograph the receipt via the app whilst on th e move.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly bad about it springs to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's muchb easier to have expenses automatically created using Pleo than having to waste time submitting them manually.

No great downside so far, it works well for what I need it for - company expenses

What do you like best about the product?
It's already great and is getting weekly better.
For example there is a function for your expenses that is getting out every bill information even its handwritten

Last year there have been sometimes error with Face ID
